The WBBA events are only in Japan(I think) is you mean WBO event then click here

Hey, Akhil. Welcome to WBO. All events here are hosted by volunteer organizers. Actually I'm just back from a tournament today [we keep tournaments here in every month]
I'm not sure if anyone is there who will be hosting tournament in Chennai. But if you want 1 there. You can host 1 yourself!!
You just need 7 people
