B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Kai-V - Oct. 28, 2015

Booster to be released on January 23rd 2016 for approximately 864 yen.

It will be a Balance type.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Dracomageat - Oct. 28, 2015

While the image is still tiny, that thing looks gorgeous!

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Tri - Oct. 28, 2015

Kinda reminds me of a mix of the Kreis and Aquario metal wheels.

Thanks for all this new info Kai-V!

EDIT- scratch that, it looks more like the Pegasis chrome wheel

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Jinbee - Oct. 28, 2015

Not gonna lie, that looks kinda cool.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - ThaKingTai - Oct. 28, 2015

Reminds me of the Byakko bey we thought we would get from Zero-G...

Thanks a ton, Kai-V

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Half Nail - Oct. 28, 2015

Can't wait to see people try and decipher what the driver will be haha. A zephyr is defined as a soft breeze, so make of that what you will.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Leo Burst - Oct. 28, 2015

Maybe this is the bey we're hoping to give new life to armed!!!!

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Flame~Capricorn - Oct. 28, 2015

the layer looks op for stamina & defense. i think we might have our first banned part!

hopefully this will be a better defense driver, like an rs, or, if we're really lucky like a bearing base 2.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - TL14 - Oct. 28, 2015

Since Zephyr is a windgod maybe Zephyr could have an air manipulation gimmick like the Thermal wheel or maybe it pushes the bey onto the stadium floor with the help of the air like DF145. That would be cool for a burst bey. Grin

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Leo Burst - Oct. 28, 2015

Some parts get banned!?!? Won't odin get banned

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Meta madness - Oct. 28, 2015

Balance type? Hmm,will consider getting this.

I think that's an extreme presumption to make from a small, blurry image. While I'm fine with reasonable speculation, we really shouldn't say things like this until test results point towards it.

A possibility odin will get banned...

However, tests place things into perspective and that alone will confirm if it's op or trash... The more op,more likely it'll get banned.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Kai-V - Oct. 28, 2015

Nobody from the staff has even mentioned banning parts yet, wow. Those are possibly bad rumours to spread. TAKARA-TOMY does try to make all parts balanced.

Thank you Tri and Taiwo Seigi.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Zoroaste - Oct. 28, 2015

Hmmm, sorry to needlessly speculate, but a defensively shaped layer (with Armed to boot) and a driver with a name like Zephyr? Sounds like a mobile defense driver. They would consider that Balance too since it is not just traditional defense. Or they could just be desperate to use the letter Z, who knows.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Bey Brad - Oct. 28, 2015

"Mobile defense" doesn't even exist to Takara-Tomy.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Zoroaste - Oct. 28, 2015

Yeah true, they would just probably call it Balance, but maybe they have finally figured out that it is the best way to defend and have made a bey especially for it. I should hope that they have figured out that Massive and Defense are like the worst two drivers they make right now, but maybe not, I guess we are probably ahead of Takara even, when it comes to our understanding of the meta.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - DRAGON KING - Oct. 28, 2015

Is it just me, or does that look like Samurai Pegasis?

I Wrote:EDIT- scratch that, it looks more like the Pegasis chrome wheel

Happy to know I wasnt too crazy! I hope it performs better than Pegasis does ...

Yeah, it kind of looks like Samurai Pegasis.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Classik - Oct. 28, 2015

yeeeeeeeee, A new water-based bey!

The name itself is awesome, So a definite buy for me!

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - UGottaCetus - Oct. 28, 2015

This looks a lot like Kreis Cygnus, which is my favorite Beyblade, so I may have to get it.

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - Siⱺn - Oct. 28, 2015

Even if Neptune is op for defense and stamina, extreme is a rubber based tip. Unlike mfb, we should focus more on protecting defense because of the burst finish. if Neptune is banned, the metagame will probably be all extreme

RE: B-28 Booster Neptune Armed Zephyr - mudorios - Oct. 28, 2015

i cant help but think of a mix between pegasis chrome wheel and orojiya.

Neither of us have seen any of these parts (this image really doesn't count) nor have any idea about their performance. Talking about banning them is crazy enough, but talking about not banning them because another unseen part will run rampant in response is really, uh, extreme.

Speculation based on these tiny images and names can be really fun, but we should try to keep our speculation in "just for fun" mode until we actually know more about these parts.

Neptune sure is pretty, though. Grin
