Yeah, the teeth on Storm Spriggan are really what kills it. Unfortunately, I can't see anything that would save that from being a problem ... Just like Wild Wyvern.

tested U2GY, seems to be good against D2HR, and seems to be around the same level of stamina as DHR.
U2 seems to be good for stamina, probably not the best, but still good.

hi guys I would like to have some advice on my ideas to try at my next burst tournament. I still have not enough time to do my own testing to the next week end I wanted to get your opinions if you got some experience with something similar.

K2.K.D (Defense type with somewhat stamina)
D.S.P (Trying to revisiting D.H.D)
X.R.U (2 in 1 attack type style(movement) )
S2.F.C (special (counter-attack/burst) balance type)
M.S.X (OHKO trial)
N.A.G (a somewhat defensive stamina bey)

is this looks viable in competitive play?!

I know Stars/Yami has had success with K2_D, as he found it to be a good Defense type. While I haven't had results out of this world, it (probably) is good for Defense, but Defense only. K2 has horrible stamina, and against anything other than Attack, it most likely will lose.
I have found Press to have less stamina than Defense, and would recommend Defense over it.
Unite isn't too great, having horrible stamina, and just not being great for attack from what I've gotten. I can't really get it to keep a flower pattern when it goes agro.
S2 is just too risky for the outcome. Also; not sure how you would counter attack on Claw?
MINOBUROS is good from what I've heard. I've never tried it, but I think it had been said to be better on Accel?
Neptune Armed Gyro may be good for Burst Defense, and decent stamina. But I would think it would be outspun rather too easily.

what's your suggestion for the disk on neptune?! Spread Ring Knuckle or heavy?! I know Neptune and gyro make it already hard to burst.

I can't explain how S2 counter-attack on Claw but it still able to do it when i get some try a couple of month ago. but its before I get Force so I was using Spread instead.

Those all work good (with the exception of Ring; bursts easier than other disks). Heavy is a bit more defensive, Spread has some stamina, Knuckle has outward weight distribution, and is inbetween Heavy and Spread IIRC.

yggdrasil knuckle yielding seems to be a good attack/stamina type, seems to work against wyvern, neptune, D2, K2/heavy/revolve,defense, orbit
i don't know why but seems to be able to wear down the other beyblade, and outspin it.

Has anyone done testing for Unlock Unicorn? If so does it have potential? The not so good teeth paired up with the horn sticking out makes it susceptible to bursting more from what I've seen. Has anyone figured out which combination of parts go well with it or is this yet another underwhelming Dual Layer?

edit:
I've tried U2.G.N against V.F.X and it usually loses from being bursted. Would it work better with a mobile driver like Accel or Orbit?

I'm a big fan of out there combos and such and it sounds fun to use.

well, Fusion was for a more Controlled bey, personally, i love the Impact Tip from what i've seen of it in action.

well, Fusion was for a more Controlled bey, personally, i love the Impact Tip from what i've seen of it in action.

If you liked Impact, try Xtreme. It's basically just an all-around better Impact.

I want to know what Takara was thinking when they created Impact. The only bey that benefits from it is the super-gimmicky combo V2_I, and like I say that combo is pure gimmicks and total cheese.

Unless your opponent is riding that ridge, it's way too risky. It seems to have problems holding a flower pattern, and it's stamina seems horrible.

Xtreme is better all around, and Accel also works.

I just did some battles between D2.A.R and V2.G.X and D2.A.R won 7 to 3. It only bursted once. I think it has some defense potential. Smile I might do some more battles later.

Wondering if there's a great difference between Defense and Orbit. I like using D2.G.O, also D2.S.O as a placeholder test subject.

By the way, I need someone to test out W2.F.X. It sort of works well when I successfully stadium out another bey, and gives me a second chance by double bursting if it lacks stamina.

Defense has more Stamina, and Orbit has a bit less Stamina in my experience, but more movement. It's a trade-off, but sometimes it's worth it.

People use things like DHO sometimes to try and avoid Attack types rather than sit in the middle with Revolve (or to a lesser extent with Defense), and depending on the launch strength and balance of your opponent's Beyblade, you can potentially outspin things like DHR.

Keep in mind i messed up 6 of my launches with J2 resulting in self KO, i redid them all.
i also am not the best at launching attack types.
if anyone has time and is better at launching attack types, feel free to test this out
seems to be able to KO D2.H.D quite well.

C.G.Z is very consistent at beating D2. chaos as a stationary stamina combo usually results in it bursting, however when stalled it can outspin D2. if anyone wants tests against D2 with different disks and drivers, feel free to ask.
