@Spectral : I have asked a question that if I have joined the team is it compulsary to leave my own shop ?

Well, Here are some examples of my work I don't think that I' am the master of graphic making, but I am an "ok" GFX maker.

Render: Roy Mustang, I thought I'd let you guys decide the exact one since you seen to all be pretty good at anime characters.
Backaround: Whatever looks best.
Words: none.

Sig 2:

Size: within the size limit.
Render: my current avatar.
Specific: some swirling fire around the emblem if possible or just flames.
Backaround: whatever looks best.
Words: Barcelona FC.
Font: something cool.
Extra: a matching avatar would be awsome, but only if you have time.

I have started working on the "FIRST" one.

I saw the user bar of the team and it looks me so simple, So I thought to make a new user bar for the team members.
