Another instance where people do not read stickied topics.

Also, why do a lot of people ask whether items are real or fake after they have already bought them ...

RE: I just bought this beyblade - linh004 - Oct. 30, 2009

Fakes are made by TT Hongli. the plastics they use tend to break easily and the mould is poor. the weightdisk can snap, if snapped one just by using my hands. real ones, are from Takara Tomy. the fake beyblades will have TThongli logo on the box some where, and the D-Rights logo wont be there too. theres also chinese writing on the fake box. the real beyblades, takara, wont have chinese, it will have japanese and some english.

Yes, it is definately fake.

1. Fakes are illegal to use in the WBO and official Hasbro, Takara, etc Tournaments.
2. The quality is just really bad. They usually break very easily and do not work all that well.

Read this thread and this guide from BeyUK.

@ Dranzer, I'm sorry dude! Err watch the Keyblader007 video on youtube, it points out the facts. First of all the lettering is in chinese, which means its not real (beyblades we're made in japan, so the lettering should be in japanese!) Also it does not have the Takara sign, its a white box at the bottom right with black writing inside, the box should also have a white and red box on it saying D-Rights. If it says TT Hongli, it is a fake. Also Hasbro and Sono Kong Beyblades are 100% Authentic.

Beyblades aren't made in Japan. Almost all of them are made in China.
