Their newest album isn't as good as some of their previous ones. However, it depends on what style of music you like. I mostly enjoy their hard rock tunes, although many people in Japan like their more poppy songs.

Their best? I'm actually quite fond of Brotherhood, Eleven, The Circle, and Big Machine. Their songs take on a different sound (although still stays true to their tastes) every album, and it really makes a full playthrough worth it. Although if you're just starting, try Eleven first, then Brotherhood, Big Machine, and then The Circle.

B'z's new album isn't bad, but I don't think it lives up to many of their past CDs. My favorite track on it (at the moment--I haven't listened to it enough to really make a good choice) right now is Nightmare (Warui Yume) simply because of that scream Koshi yells before "Naze?" Aww yeah.

Yep, they change the lineup every album for support players. They've played with Aerosmith, Steve Vai, Mr. Big, and some others. Apparently, B'z so popular in Japan that literally every single they've made since 1990 has debuted at #1 on the Oricon charts.

It's not Dir en Grey heavy, but it's pretty heavy for a classic rock style. Tak Matsumoto's guitars combined with Koshi stretching his voice out to the limit makes for a good song. My favorite heavier songs by them are Big Machine, X, Nagai Ai, Monster, Shinjiru Gurai Darou, Skin, Yoruyo Akenaide, and a few others.

Other good songs (although not as heavy) are Arigato, Banzai, Change the Future, Giri Giri Chop (Version 51), All-Out Attack, Narifuri Kamawazu Dakishimete, Fireball, Raging River, The Loose, Sono Te de Furete Goran, The Spiral, and tons more.
