Anyone has ever played Tamiya Mini 4wd before? I refer to the 1/32 scale models.

Are these the Beat Magnum cars and such? I have 2, and a generic one.
They never sold a track here, so I just got the two to put together and let it store dust somewhere

Wow, in the past my neighbourhood was once crazy about it. There were tracks laid out every afternoon and evening for people to test out their cars and competitions were held regularly too (even in schools).

Well, you live in Asia ... around here something like that would be so, so uncommon. I think only Pokemon ever had that kind of penetration.

I wish the tracks were sold here, I would've bought more of the mini 4WD's along with a track or two. The concept of customizable mini-cars racing along a custom track is awesome

Yea, they are awesome, but I keep having to recharge my batteries as they run out pretty fast with my motors.

I have 2 of these cars in the attic.
We had a store in one of my local malls with a track, but I never got to use it
My friends and I just set up a ramp on the carpet and just watched these like flip in mid air.

A ramp on the carpet? That seems quite fun too. My brother and I once set up a mini track using those hardcover files as walls. Also, we also used to play those cars in the drains along our corridor with our neighbours.

I recall that we used to race them across rooms without bothering about tracks. For some reason it would always turn to one side.

Your shaft is bent, I supposed. Otherwise, your wheels have loosened and the so-called "stock bearings" attached between the shaft and the body came off.

I've no idea, it's been years since I last messed with it I think. Yeah, probably poor production on the parts fitting, it wouldn't matter anyway since it's meant to run on tracks.
