(Story) Beyblade: Atomic Force (Ch 7 up!) - ChinaBladeâ„¢ - Jan. 07, 2013
Well, time for my fourth story! Yay! this may be my last story, but I'm not sure. Hopefully there's gonna be one or two more before I retire with this "series". I hope you guys enjoy! I'm sure this one will blow your socks off!
Prologue:

"Daddy! I wanna be like you and mommy when I grow up!" I'd say.
I wanted to be number one.
That's why I made the New Blading Universe. A place where all bladers could be happy. All they had to do was go to their local BeyPark and go to the NBU Zone. From there, they'd be transported to the main one.
I thought this was a brilliant idea. Millions of bladers from all over the world, including some of my best friends, come in every day. They would blade from dawn until dusk.
Seems great, right?
Guess not.
When an evil organization makes up a team in the New Blading World Cup, everything comes crashing down.
But, I won't give in. My bey, Imperial Hydron, and I are going to be number one, no matter how hard it is. With my friends by my side, we make up the Atomic Force.

The Cyber Dragon
"Nicky, get ready! Keenan will be here in a few minutes!" My mom shouted from downstairs.
I was watching TV up in my room, still in my pajamas. I sigh and cut it off, jumping out of my bed.
I put on my favorite outfit. A blue T-Shirt, brown shorts, red high-tops, white gloves, and my signature red bubble vest. I put on my red belt with my beycases and launcher holders and my watch that regulates the New Blading Universe and head to the bathroom.
I brush my brown hair out, but it only comes back up in it's usual spiky fashion. As I brush my teeth, I stare into my light purple eyes. I wished they were green like my dad's, but I didn't really care. I loved my mom's eyes because one was red and the other was deep purple. I found it really cool.
I run downstairs and into the kitchen where my parents are waiting.
I sit down next to my dad at the table.
"Wait," I start. "I forgot my go-"
"Forget your goggles?" My dad says, handing them to me.
I laugh and put them on, keeping them above my forehead as usual.
Suddenly, there's a knock at the door.
"Keenan!" I exclaim and run to the door to get it.
I open it, and just as I expected, there's Keenan smiling as normal. He has on his normal clothes. A yellow, sleeveless shirt, orange shorts, brown cloak, a necklace with feathers on it, and his lucky boomerang on his back.
His jet black hair is in it's choppy fashion and his blue eyes haven't changed. And to add onto that, he has face paint.
"You ready to battle?" He asks.
I nod.
We both head outside and get our bikes. We then head towards the bey park.
A Few Minutes later
We put our bikes in the bike rack and head inside. There, we head over to the NBU Zone and are transported to the main one.
Once we are in the transfer room, we head straight for a nearby stadium.
I see many familiar faces, as usual.
We get to an empty stadium and ready our beys.
"Bladers ready!" The electro DJ asks. We nod, which starts the countdown.
"3! 2! 1!" We both shout. "GO SHOOT!"
Our beys fly past each other and land on opposite sides of the stadium. Hydron takes off, being an attack type. Keenan's bey, Shadow Falcon, heads for the middle.
"Hydron!" I shout.
"Falcon!" Keenan shouts.
Hydron smashes right into Falcon and sends him flying.
"Ha!" Keenan exclaims.
I look into the air and watch as the claws on Falcon's C145 track come out. A black aura surrounds Falcon.
"Special Move!" Keenan yells. "Shadow Disruptor!"
Falcon starts to come down with an amazing force. But, I've got a trick up my sleeve.
"Special Move!" I shout. "Cyber Smash!"
A red aura surrounds Hydron as Falcon smashes into him. But, Falcon's move is canceled out. Hydron sends it flying.
Soon, both beys are heading towards each other in a final, head-on clash.
"Go!" With both shout.
Our beys collide.
A small explosion occurs and Falcon goes flying.
"Darn!" Keenan exclaims as he watches Falcon fly past him.
He runs over and picks it up.
"Good job, man!" He says.
"Thanks." I respond.
I was about to catch Hydron when something unexpected happened. An orange bey flew through the air and smacked it right back into my hand.
"Blaze!" Someone shouted.
The bey went back to it's owner. A boy about my height stood on top of one of the big computers in the room.
He had long, black hair pulled back in a pony tale and golden eyes. A scar was on his right cheek. He wore a golden Chinese military suit with a red bey holder on him arm. He also had gauze bandages wrapped around his legs and black dress shoes.
"Who are you?!" I ask.
He smiles.
"My name is Lee Wang. Grandson of Fan Wang. I am the number one blader in China. And I am here to battle you, Nicky Karpusi!" He says.
I could tell this wasn't going to be a usual day in the New Blading Universe.

The Shocking Tiger
I squint my eyes at this new competitor.
"What makes you think I wanna battle you?" I ask.
The boy doesn't take this lightly. He jumps down from his position and runs over.
"I'm Lee Wang!" He shouts. "I get what I want, when I want!"
I sigh.
"Well," I start. "See you around."
I walk off with Keenan close behind. He shouts something else at me, but I couldn't understand it.
"Nicky!" Someone calls.
"Hm?" I mumble, turning to see who it was.
A smile spreads across my face when I see my other best friend, Bella Peeters, running over. She doesn't live near us. She lives in Belgium and her family's filthy rich.
"Hey!" She says as she gets over.
"Hey." Keenan and I both say at the same time.
She had on her mother's old, brown-ish, military uniform, her Iron Cross necklace, and black gloves. She also had on a new green bow that tied back her short, slightly curly, blonde hair. I thought it matched her green eyes perfectly.
"Nice new bow." I say.
She smiles.
"Thanks." She says. "What's new around here?"
"Same old stuff," I start. "Except for this weird new kid. He claims to be number one in China."
This makes Bella raise her eyebrows.
"Lee Wang?" She asks.
My eyes widen.
"You know that weird kid?" Keenan asks.
Bella nods. "He beat me in a tournament awhile back." She says.
Someone pokes me on the shoulder. I sigh and, as I expected, turned around to see Lee.
"What?" I ask.
"I'm not her for you." He says. "I'm here for her." He points at Bella.
She rolls her eyes. "Why don't you just go home, Lee?" She asks.
"Scared?" He asks.
"Heck no!" She responds.
"Then battle!" He says.
"Fine." She says.
They both begin to walk over to a nearby stadium. Keenan and I follow. We get there as they ready their beys.
"Bladers ready?" The electro DJ asks. They nod, which activates the countdown.
"3! 2! 1! GO SHOOT!" They shout as they launch their beys.
Lee's bey is one I've never seen before. A bright red fusion wheel with an orange energy ring. The facebolt had depicted a Sun.
"Sol Blaze!" He shouts.
Blaze heads towards the middle.
"Tigress!" Bella shouted.
Bella's bey, Alpha Tigress, is an attack type. It spins around the stadium with it's 105R2F combination at high speeds. This can help generate her special move.
"Go! Now!" Lee shouts.
then, I see Blaze's track switch. Flames explode in the stadium, out of nowhere. Bella grits her teeth.
"Ha!" Lee exclaims. "Try getting past my Special Move, Mega Solar Flare!"
The fire glows brighter and brighter and gets bigger and bigger. Bella takes a step back. Same with Keenan and I.
"You think I'm just gonna give up like this?!" Bella asks.
By then, Tigress has been consumed by the fire. But, if you looked closely, you could see a small blue aura in the fire. It was Tigress!
"Special Move!" Bella calls. "Blue Lightning Blast!"
Suddenly, Tigress goes back to the edge of the stadium and spins around at high speeds. I can see blue lightning starting to come from the friction beneath the tip.
Out of nowhere, the lightning surrounds Tigress as it spins faster and faster around the stadium. Then, it's going so fast, all you could see was a blue circle. The fire dies down.
"Go!" Bella shouts as the fire completely burns out.
Tigress heads right for the open Blaze. Tigress smashes into Blaze and sends it flying. Stadium out. Bella wins.
She catches her bey. Smoke comes from her palm, like normal. She smiles.
Then, the sound of a soft vibrating noise fills the room. Bella looks down to her pocket and takes out her phone, answering it.
"Hello?" She asks.
Then, she begins taking in her fast French-German language.
She closes the phone and looks up.
"Axel had a seizure again..." She says. "I've gotta go. Bye guys!"
She runs off.
Lee still stands there in shock. Ha, see what I did there? Shock?
Anyways, Axel is her poor older brother. He's been in a wheelchair since he was four because of a car accident. No one could figure out what happened to him. He has seizures almost all the time. It sucks.
Lee scatters my thoughts when he falls to his knees. He looks up at me.
"You're next." He says.

He gets up and walks over. He grabs my shirt and pulls me up.
"Battle me, now!" He shouts.
I yank my self away. I glare right back at him.
"Why?" I ask.
"Because, it'll prove you're weak!" Lee responds.
"That's fighting words." I say, taking out Hydron.
Lee smiles and takes out Blaze. we go over to the stadium and ready our beys.
"Bladers ready?" The Electro DJ asks. We nod. "3! 2! 1!"
"Go shoot!" We both shout, launching our beys.
They fly past each other and land on opposite sides of the stadium.
"Hydron!" I shout.
"Blaze!" Lee shouts.
Our beys head right towards each other. They collide, sending out a huge force. They continue to clash using their full power.
"Let's get this over with!" Lee shouts. "Special Move, Mega Solar Flare!"
Fire erupts around Blaze. It continues attacking Hydron, pushing it to the edge of the stadium.
"Get out of there!" I shout.
Hydron somehow manages to move and spin around to the other side of the stadium. But, Blaze follows with ease. The attack repeats. Blaze pushes me to the edge again.
I'm running out of options.
"Ha ha!" Lee exclaims. "Give up already!"
I glare. Suddenly, Hydron uses the force Blaze is using against him and soars into the air. A red aura surrounds him.
But, something is different. Everything is quiet. I can only hear my heart beat. Then, everything around me enters a white void.
The ground beneath me turns to snow.
"Huh..." I mumble.
I can see my breath and it's snowing, but I'm not cold.
I hear the crunch of snow. But it's not me. I look up to see a man with white hair and purple eyes. He has on a black military suit. Then, behind him, a boy with a blue military suit. He looks just like the first man.
Then, two girls follow behind them. One in a heavy coat with long, white hair and blue eyes and one in a think dress and fuzzy hat with shorter white hair and purple eyes. It honestly looks like my mom.
I take a step towards them.
"Come here..." The man in the black military suit whispers.
It's odd. I've never seen them, but somehow I feel a connection.
I take another step.
"That's right..." He says. "Come here, Nikita."
Another step. And another. And another.
I find myself face to face with this man.
"I've been waiting, Nikita." He says.
I look to the others that were with him. The boy is a little older than me, but I have his facial features. I look over to the girls. One is old enough to be the man's wife, but the other one is small. She must be two or three.
But, they have one thing in common.
They all look like me.
Suddenly, the vision fades.
I'm back at the stadium. Nothing happened while I was "gone".
A red aura surrounds me. My eyes turn red.
"Special Move!" I shout. "Cyber Smash!"
The aura around me explodes. Hydron comes flying down with way more energy than usual. He smashes right into Blaze, knocking it out.
I catch Hydron and smoke comes from my glove.
I open my hand and stare at the bey.
"What was that?!" I think.
Suddenly, my phone goes off. I hear Keenan run up to me as I answer it.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Nicky, you have to come home right away!" My father shouts.
"Dad?" I respond. "What's wrong?"
"Your mother collapsed!" He says.
My eyes widen as I shut the phone. I look down to Keenan. Lee is coming over, steamed.
"You think you can just-" He starts, but goes silent.
"Nicky?" He asks.
I can't respond.
I start running towards the transfer room. Keenan is close behind. I can already feel the tears in my eyes.
This can't be happening.
"MOM!" I shout.
"You're next." Lee says, glaring at me.
He gets up and walks over. He grabs my shirt and pulls me up.

The Truth, Revealed
"MOM!" I shouted, running through the hospital.
Keenan was close behind me, trying to keep up. I guess I was just too fast for him. When I looked back he'd been struggling to catch me.
But that wasn't my main issue right now.
I reached the fifth floor, where the receptionist said my mom was. I was almost there. Then, I see my dad standing outside of the door.
"Dad!" I exclaim.
He looks up with a surprised expression. Then he puts his arms out in embrace. We hug.
"How's mom?" I ask.
"She's doing fine..." He responds. "But the doctors still aren't sure what happened. She claims she was dehydrated. You can go see her."
By that time a gasping Keenan had reached us.
"Dude, you're way too fast!" He exclaims.
I can't help but laugh.
"I'm captain of the football team for a reason, you know." I respond.
This makes my dad laugh as he opens the door. I look up and see my mom staring out the window near her bed. I feel the tears in my eyes as I run over.
"Mom!" I exclaim.
She looks up and smiles. We hug.
"Nikita..." She says. "I'm glad you're here. I feel a lot better now."
That voice... The way she said my name. It resembled the man's voice so much.
I pull away.
"Huh?" She mumbles.
"S-Sorry." I say. "I just thought of someone when you said my name."
My mom raises her eyebrows.
"Of... Who?" She asks.
I sigh and tell her the story of the man in my vision.
By the time the story's over, she could barely hold back her tears. I had to hug her to calm her down. I mean, if she starts crying, I do too.
"I can't b-believe it..." She manages to say. "You saw them..."
"Saw who?" I ask.
"Y-Your grandparents and u-uncle..." She responds. "A-And m-me..."
I pull away and stare into her eyes.
"That was you?!" I ask. "But how? How'd you get a red eye?..."
She chuckles and sighs. She makes me sit down next to her on the bed. She proceeds to tell me a story.
"I was only two or three at the time. It was your uncle, Vladimir, your grandfather, Ivan, and me. We had been walking back home to get to your sick grandmother, Natalia. Well, some bad people caught up to us. We were attacked. Vladimir was shot, my father was stabbed, and I... Well I only got this scar. But, I was full of rage. I let out some type of energy and sent the bad guys away. From that day forward, I vowed to only fight for good. But, later, your grandmother died from pneumonia... And I was forced to leave Russia."
My jaw hung opened as she finished. I couldn't help but hug her as tight as I could. I didn't know how she survived for that long on her own. She told me she met dad around age fourteen. I never knew she had to live by herself for so long.
"I'm so sorry..." I say.
She strokes my head.
"It's okay..." She responds. "You don't need to be."
I look back up to her.
"So..." I start. "Why'd you really collapse?"
Her eyes widened.
"I guess..." She responds. "A power that I haven't used in a long time... Just came over me. And... Drained my energy..."
Her voice trails off. She stares into space.
"Mom?" I ask, waving my hand in her face.
"Y-Yeah?" She responds. "Sorry, I had a flashback..."
I nod. "Of what?" I ask.
"... A tournament." She responds.
She looks over to the door where my dad and Keenan are standing. I look up to see my dad raise his eyebrows. I look back at her. She's still staring at my dad.
"Yeah..." She says. "The semi-finals... I-I lost... To a dark blader..."
I sigh, causing her to look down at me.
"Sorry." She says.
I shake my head and laugh. She smiles, but then that fades.
"I needed to give you this." She says, reaching over to the table next to her.
She takes something in her hand and gives it to me. She places the item in my palm.
A cross necklace with a crack in the middle.
"My father gave it to me..." She says. "Your dad wore it in the final battle of that tournament and won... Now, it's time you have it."
I stare at the object. I turn it over with my fingers and admire the cross. I stare deeply into the front of it. Suddenly, I see the man again. I see my grandfather.
"Nikita..." He calls. "Come to me..."
I shake my head and look back up to my mom.
"Thanks." I say. "It's pretty..."
She nods and yawns. I hear my dad walk over.
"You tired, Sofia?" He asks, taking me down.
My mom nods in return.
"Then we'll go." He responds. "Love you."
They proceed to kiss each other and I make a barf noise. They both laugh and my dad and I leave.
"Night mom!" I call as the door closes.
I look down to the necklace. Something is off about it. He appears again.
"Nikita..." He whispers.
"MOM!" I shouted, running through the hospital.
Keenan was close behind me, trying to keep up. I guess I was just too fast for him. When I looked back he'd been struggling to catch me.
But that wasn't my main issue right now.
I reached the fifth floor, where the receptionist said my mom was. I was almost there. Then, I see my dad standing outside of the door.
"Dad!" I exclaim.
He looks up with a surprised expression. Then he puts his arms out in embrace. We hug.
"How's mom?" I ask.
"She's doing fine..." He responds. "But the doctors still aren't sure what happened. She claims she was dehydrated. You can go see her."
By that time a gasping Keenan had reached us.
"Dude, you're way too fast!" He exclaims.
I can't help but laugh.
"I'm captain of the football team for a reason, you know." I respond.
This makes my dad laugh as he opens the door. I look up and see my mom staring out the window near her bed. I feel the tears in my eyes as I run over.
"Mom!" I exclaim.
She looks up and smiles. We hug.
"Nikita..." She says. "I'm glad you're here. I feel a lot better now."
That voice... The way she said my name. It resembled the man's voice so much.
I pull away.
"Huh?" She mumbles.
"S-Sorry." I say. "I just thought of someone when you said my name."

The Evil Within
I lie in my bed, staring at the cross. I knew I saw him. Ivan Braginski. My grandfather.
I sigh and set the cross down on the table, turning over in my bed. I stare at the wall in the darkness. Then, I see him.
He's standing in the snow, gesturing for me to come to him. I rub my eyes. He's still there. I put my hand on the wall. Suddenly, it seems as if I'm absorbed into the vision.
I'm standing in the snow. Just me and him.
"Come..." He says.
I take a step towards him. Then, I find myself walking towards him.
I'm standing face-to-face with him.
He smiles. Pure white teeth, like mom's.
He gets down to my height by getting on his knees. He extends his arms. I can't help but hug him.
"I'm sorry, Nikita." He says. "I never got to meet you in real life..."
I nod.
"I had to protect your mother." He says. "I'm sure she doesn't remember..."
I pull away.
"What happened exactly?" I ask.
He chuckles.
"Well, I remember hearing the sound of a gun... And then Vlad screaming. Sofia wanted to run towards him, but got slashed at. She was cut under her eye. When they went in for the final blow, I got in front of her and took the hit. Right into my heart."
My jaw hung open. I felt the tears in my eyes.
"I gave her the necklace right before I died. It was for your grandmother, but I gave it to her because I knew Natalia's time was ending soon. I promised her it would protect her from darkness. My power, Vlad's power, Natalia's power, and her own were put into that necklace. Now, it belongs to you."
I stare down at the ground. If only I knew. I don't understand why she kept it a secret.
"B-But," I start. "Why'd she keep it a secret for so long?"
He chuckles again.
"She didn't want you to unlock our hidden power." He says. "But, considering what happened in your last battle, you've begun to unlock it. She didn't want the darkness to consume you."
I raise my eyebrows. Darkness? What? This was all happening too fast.
My grandfather reaches into his pocket and takes something out. He shows it to me.
A beyblade.
A bey with a deep purple energy ring and thick wheel.
"Meet Diablo Nemesis X : D." He says.
I stare at the bey. Cool looking.
"You're gonna battle with me." Me grandfather says, causing my thoughts to scatter.
I look up with an "are-you-crazy" expression.
"What?!" I exclaim.
He smiles and nods. "Da." He says.
I back away as he readies his bey. I ready Hydron.
"Go shoot!" He calls, launching his bey.
"Go shoot!" I manage to say.
Out beys collide, causing the snow under it to fly. Hydron is easily blown back. I go flying too. I land on my back, in the snow.
Hydron is just barely spinning. The snow under it is draining it's spin. I get up and wipe the snow off of me. I turn back to the battle.
"Go!" I shout.
Hydron is surrounded by a red aura. He then heads straight for Nemesis. He lands a few attacks, but is sent flying again. Suddenly, Nemesis' height changes and it spins right for Hydron.
It's speed is powered up by something. Then I realize. X : D is a special track and tip. It's merged together, so it can change modes. Nemesis is in XF mode.
I decide to counter it with my own speed.
"Now!" I shout.
Hydron breaks through the snow in front of it and is surrounded by a red aura. I have one too. My grandfather's eyes widen.
"Special Move!" I shout. "Cyber Smash!"
But something is different about this. Hydron is powering up way more than before. Suddenly, the aura around Hydron and I changes to purple.

My eyes widened.
"What's going on?!" I exclaim.
My grandfather lets out this growl. Suddenly, a deep purple aura surrounds him and Nemesis.
"Special Move!" He shouts. "Black Death Genocide!"
Our beys charge at each other at full strength. They collide, sending out a huge force of wind. I stand my ground with all of my power.
"Go!" I shout.
Hydron overcomes the force behind Nemesis' move and sends it flying. My grandfather goes flying, too.
"Whoa!" I exclaim.
They both crash into a tree, causing the snow to fall off of it and cover my grandfather. Nemesis is wedged into the truck of the tree, next to his head.
I catch Hydron and run over.
"Are you okay?!" I exclaim as I get over.
He grumbles something in Russian as I begin to get the snow off of him. But, he chuckles.
"That was fine battling skills you showed." He says.
I pause and look up.
"Really?" I ask.
"Da." He responds with a smile.
But, everything around me starts going white. I watch in shock as the world around us fades.
I sit up in my bed. I'm breathing heavily and drenched in sweat. I look over to my alarm clock. It's 8 in the morning.
I sigh and get up. I get ready and then head downstairs. I make my way over to the fridge, only to be met by a note.
Went to the hospital to get your mom!

I sigh and open the fridge. I fix myself a glass of milk and chug it down. As soon as I wipe my mouth off, I find myself heading out the door.
I grab my bike and I'm on my way to the NBU.
Minutes Later
"Hey, Nicky!" Someone calls as I'm putting up my bike.
I look up to see two people running to me.
Keenan and Lee.
I narrow my eyes as they get over.
"Why's Lee here?" I ask.
Lee frowns.
"He's my new friend!" Keenan says. "Once you get to know him, he's really cool! And, he's helped me with my karate moves a lot! He's awesome at blading, too!"
I look up to Lee. I put out my hand.
"Let's put that past behind us." I say with a smile.
His frown fades and he nods, taking my hand.
We shake.
"Friends?" I ask.
"Friends." He says.
"Now, let's get blading!" Keenan says, running back to the BeyPark.
We follow behind him. Next, we're being transferred into the NBU.
We step out of the transfer room. Everything is going smoothly around us.
"I have to check up on the system." I say.
Keenan and lee nod as I walk off to the control room. But, i can't help but notice something is be talked about.
"Did you hear?" Some bladers say.
"Yeah! He confirmed it last night!" Others would say.
"I wanna be on the team of Greece with him!" More would say.
My eyes widened as I sped my pace to the control room up. Then, I was running.
I bust through the door to the room. Empty, except for all of the computers transferring data.
I walk over to the giant monitor. No system alerts, no Robo-DJs down, no bullies, everything is good.
Or so I thought.
Suddenly, a big ad pops up on the monitor. By the small icon at the bottom of the screen, it's being shown on all of the televisions around the NBU.

"That was taken at a tournament a few months back..." I think.
"Who has dreamed of being Number One in the world?!" The ad asks.
It sounds like me.
"Well, if that's you, try out for the team of Greece!" It says. "Tryouts will be tomorrow at three! The final two bladers standing will be on the team of Greece with me, Nicky Karpusi! We'll be going to the New Blading World Championships!"
"Oh no." I mumble.

I stand in horror at what I just heard. I'm hosting a team for the New Blading World Championships.
"What just happened?! I never confirmed that!" I think.
I sigh.
"Maybe I should just go along with this. Sounds like a lot of fun, anyways." I think.
I turn away from the computers right as the ad disappears. I walk over towards the door, but I turn back and take a good look at the computers. I sigh and turn back to the door, opening it.
Worst decision ever.
"There he is!" Someone shouted.
Everyone turned and looked at me.
"It's Nicky!" They shout.
I only had one instinct. Run.
I ran off in another direction. This was a bad idea. I look back over my shoulder and see that they're following me.
"carp!" I exclaim, speeding up.
I needed to find Lee and Keenan. Surely they were here somewhere. In the crowd, possibly.
But, my thoughts are scattered. I slam right into someone.
I fall backwards and land on my bottom. I look up to who it was.
"S-Sorry..." I say.
The person looks down.
It's Bella.
She helps me up. I explain the situation to her. She nods and looks back behind me. She points. I look back.
"Oh no." I say.
"There he is!" Someone shouted. "Get him!"
"RUN!" I exclaim.
Bella and I take off. We turn down as many hallways and corridors as we possibly could.
I look back. No one is chasing us.
"I think we lost them..." I say, sighing.
We both collapse to the floor and laugh.
"So," I start. "You thinking about joining the Greek team?"
She shrugs.
"I may join the British team, instead... It's closer to Belgium." She says, causing me to frown.
"Then we can't be on the same team..." I say.
"Sorry..." She responds.
We sit there in silence for a minute, then my watch begins vibrating. I look down and see I have a message.
I press the small mail icon on the screen. A projection pops up. A boy with blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail, green eyes, and a smile appears.
"Who are you?" I ask.
He laughs.
"My name is Merek Lukasiewicz!" he says. "Leader of the Polish Team, Earthern Bladers!"
Just then, the screen splits into two. Another boy appears. He has somewhat curly, brown, hair, light green eyes, and an olive completion. He smiles, too.
"Hola!" He says. "I am Rico Fernández Carriedo! Leader of the Spanish Team, Los Matadores!"
I nod.
"Nice to meet you two." I say. "Now may I ask, why are you calling me?!"
Merek laughs.
"We're here to warn you!" He says.
Rico nods.
"We won't back down, no matter what!" He says. "Give it your best shot!"
I smirk.
"Alright," I say. "We'll see about that."
"Pożegnanie." Merek says, cutting off his connection.
"Adios." Rico says, cutting off his connection.
I look up from my watch and over to Bella. She gets up and helps me up.
"I'm gonna go along with this." I say. "For Greece."
Bella nods.
"I'm gonna join the team of Britain." She says.
I frown.
"Hey," She starts. "Eventually we'll get to battle."
I smile and nod. We shake hands. I give her a friendly hug and she walks off.
"Au revoir!" She says.

I look back to see Keenan and Lee. I walk over.
"So, when did you confirm a Greece Team?" Keenan asks.
"Since now." I say. "I'm gonna play along."

Keenan nods and puts his hand on top of mine. Lee does the same.
"We need a name, though..." I say.
We all look down, but look back up. We all have the same thought.

Bella and I take off. We turn down as many hallways and corridors as we possibly could.
I look back. No one is chasing us.
"I think we lost them..." I say, sighing.
We both collapse to the floor and laugh.
"So," I start. "You thinking about joining the Greek team?"
She shrugs.
"I may join the British team, instead... It's closer to Belgium." She says, causing me to frown.
"Then we can't be on the same team..." I say.
"Sorry..." She responds.
We sit there in silence for a minute, then my watch begins vibrating. I look down and see I have a message.
I press the small mail icon on the screen. A projection pops up. A boy with blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail, green eyes, and a smile appears.
"Who are you?" I ask.
He laughs.
"My name is Merek Lukasiewicz!" he says. "Leader of the Polish Team, Earthern Bladers!"
Just then, the screen splits into two. Another boy appears. He has somewhat curly, brown, hair, light green eyes, and an olive completion. He smiles, too.
"Hola!" He says. "I am Rico Fernández Carriedo! Leader of the Spanish Team, Los Matadores!"
I nod.
"Nice to meet you two." I say. "Now may I ask, why are you calling me?!"
Merek laughs.
"We're here to warn you!" He says.
Rico nods.
"We won't back down, no matter what!" He says. "Give it your best shot!"
I smirk.
"Alright," I say. "We'll see about that."
"Pożegnanie." Merek says, cutting off his connection.
"Adios." Rico says, cutting off his connection.
I look up from my watch and over to Bella. She gets up and helps me up.
"I'm gonna go along with this." I say. "For Greece."
Bella nods.
"I'm gonna join the team of Britain." She says.
I frown.
"Hey," She starts. "Eventually we'll get to battle."
I smile and nod. We shake hands. I give her a friendly hug and she walks off.
"Au revoir!" She says.
"αντίο!" I say, waving.
"There you are!" Someone says.
I look back to see Keenan and Lee. I walk over.
"So, when did you confirm a Greece Team?" Keenan asks.
"Since now." I say. "I'm gonna play along."
Both look surprised. I only put my hand out.
"You guys wanna be on the Team of Greece?" I ask.
Keenan nods and puts his hand on top of mine. Lee does the same.
"We need a name, though..." I say.
We all look down, but look back up. We all have the same thought.
"Atomic Force!" We all shout, pulling our hands up.

A great story ChinaBlade. The only critism I can really give you is to develop your descriptions, if you know what I mean. Just try to describe every detail as specically as possible.

The Shocking Tiger
I squint my eyes at this new competitor.
"What makes you think I wanna battle you?" I ask.
The boy doesn't take this lightly. He jumps down from his position and runs over.
"I'm Lee Wang!" He shouts. "I get what I want, when I want!"
I sigh.
"Well," I start. "See you around."
I walk off with Keenan close behind. He shouts something else at me, but I couldn't understand it.
"Nicky!" Someone calls.
"Hm?" I mumble, turning to see who it was.
A smile spreads across my face when I see my other best friend, Bella Peeters, running over. She doesn't live near us. She lives in Belgium and her family's filthy rich.
"Hey!" She says as she gets over.
"Hey." Keenan and I both say at the same time.
She had on her mother's old, brown-ish, military uniform, her Iron Cross necklace, and black gloves. She also had on a new green bow that tied back her short, slightly curly, blonde hair. I thought it matched her green eyes perfectly.
"Nice new bow." I say.
She smiles.
"Thanks." She says. "What's new around here?"
"Same old stuff," I start. "Except for this weird new kid. He claims to be number one in China."
This makes Bella raise her eyebrows.
"Lee Wang?" She asks.
My eyes widen.
"You know that weird kid?" Keenan asks.
Bella nods. "He beat me in a tournament awhile back." She says.
Someone pokes me on the shoulder. I sigh and, as I expected, turned around to see Lee.
"What?" I ask.
"I'm not her for you." He says. "I'm here for her." He points at Bella.
She rolls her eyes. "Why don't you just go home, Lee?" She asks.
"Scared?" He asks.
"Heck no!" She responds.
"Then battle!" He says.
"Fine." She says.
They both begin to walk over to a nearby stadium. Keenan and I follow. We get there as they ready their beys.
"Bladers ready?" The electro DJ asks. They nod, which activates the countdown.
"3! 2! 1! GO SHOOT!" They shout as they launch their beys.
Lee's bey is one I've never seen before. A bright red fusion wheel with an orange energy ring. The facebolt had depicted a Sun.
"Sol Blaze!" He shouts.
Blaze heads towards the middle.
"Tigress!" Bella shouted.
Bella's bey, Alpha Tigress, is an attack type. It spins around the stadium with it's 105R2F combination at high speeds. This can help generate her special move.
"Go! Now!" Lee shouts.
then, I see Blaze's track switch. Flames explode in the stadium, out of nowhere. Bella grits her teeth.
"Ha!" Lee exclaims. "Try getting past my Special Move, Mega Solar Flare!"
The fire glows brighter and brighter and gets bigger and bigger. Bella takes a step back. Same with Keenan and I.
"You think I'm just gonna give up like this?!" Bella asks.
By then, Tigress has been consumed by the fire. But, if you looked closely, you could see a small blue aura in the fire. It was Tigress!
"Special Move!" Bella calls. "Blue Lightning Blast!"
Suddenly, Tigress goes back to the edge of the stadium and spins around at high speeds. I can see blue lightning starting to come from the friction beneath the tip.
Out of nowhere, the lightning surrounds Tigress as it spins faster and faster around the stadium. Then, it's going so fast, all you could see was a blue circle. The fire dies down.
"Go!" Bella shouts as the fire completely burns out.
Tigress heads right for the open Blaze. Tigress smashes into Blaze and sends it flying. Stadium out. Bella wins.
She catches her bey. Smoke comes from her palm, like normal. She smiles.
Then, the sound of a soft vibrating noise fills the room. Bella looks down to her pocket and takes out her phone, answering it.
"Hello?" She asks.
Then, she begins taking in her fast French-German language.
She closes the phone and looks up.
"Axel had a seizure again..." She says. "I've gotta go. Bye guys!"
She runs off.
Lee still stands there in shock. Ha, see what I did there? Shock?
Anyways, Axel is her poor older brother. He's been in a wheelchair since he was four because of a car accident. No one could figure out what happened to him. He has seizures almost all the time. It sucks.
Lee scatters my thoughts when he falls to his knees. He looks up at me.

Well, I've decided this won't be my last story! Yay! The next one will probably be my last. :\ Anyways, here's Chapter 3!
Chapter 3:

A Hidden Power
"You're next." Lee says, glaring at me.
He gets up and walks over. He grabs my shirt and pulls me up.
"Battle me, now!" He shouts.
I yank my self away. I glare right back at him.
"Why?" I ask.
"Because, it'll prove you're weak!" Lee responds.
"That's fighting words." I say, taking out Hydron.
Lee smiles and takes out Blaze. we go over to the stadium and ready our beys.
"Bladers ready?" The Electro DJ asks. We nod. "3! 2! 1!"
"Go shoot!" We both shout, launching our beys.
They fly past each other and land on opposite sides of the stadium.
"Hydron!" I shout.
"Blaze!" Lee shouts.
Our beys head right towards each other. They collide, sending out a huge force. They continue to clash using their full power.
"Let's get this over with!" Lee shouts. "Special Move, Mega Solar Flare!"
Fire erupts around Blaze. It continues attacking Hydron, pushing it to the edge of the stadium.
"Get out of there!" I shout.
Hydron somehow manages to move and spin around to the other side of the stadium. But, Blaze follows with ease. The attack repeats. Blaze pushes me to the edge again.
I'm running out of options.
"Ha ha!" Lee exclaims. "Give up already!"
I glare. Suddenly, Hydron uses the force Blaze is using against him and soars into the air. A red aura surrounds him.
But, something is different. Everything is quiet. I can only hear my heart beat. Then, everything around me enters a white void.
The ground beneath me turns to snow.
"Huh..." I mumble.
I can see my breath and it's snowing, but I'm not cold.
I hear the crunch of snow. But it's not me. I look up to see a man with white hair and purple eyes. He has on a black military suit. Then, behind him, a boy with a blue military suit. He looks just like the first man.
Then, two girls follow behind them. One in a heavy coat with long, white hair and blue eyes and one in a think dress and fuzzy hat with shorter white hair and purple eyes. It honestly looks like my mom.
I take a step towards them.
"Come here..." The man in the black military suit whispers.
It's odd. I've never seen them, but somehow I feel a connection.
I take another step.
"That's right..." He says. "Come here, Nikita."
Another step. And another. And another.
I find myself face to face with this man.
"I've been waiting, Nikita." He says.
I look to the others that were with him. The boy is a little older than me, but I have his facial features. I look over to the girls. One is old enough to be the man's wife, but the other one is small. She must be two or three.
But, they have one thing in common.
They all look like me.
Suddenly, the vision fades.
I'm back at the stadium. Nothing happened while I was "gone".
A red aura surrounds me. My eyes turn red.
"Special Move!" I shout. "Cyber Smash!"
The aura around me explodes. Hydron comes flying down with way more energy than usual. He smashes right into Blaze, knocking it out.
I catch Hydron and smoke comes from my glove.
I open my hand and stare at the bey.
"What was that?!" I think.
Suddenly, my phone goes off. I hear Keenan run up to me as I answer it.
"Hello?" I ask.
"Nicky, you have to come home right away!" My father shouts.
"Dad?" I respond. "What's wrong?"
"Your mother collapsed!" He says.
My eyes widen as I shut the phone. I look down to Keenan. Lee is coming over, steamed.
"You think you can just-" He starts, but goes silent.
"Nicky?" He asks.

"MOM!" I shout.

The Truth, Revealed
"MOM!" I shouted, running through the hospital.
Keenan was close behind me, trying to keep up. I guess I was just too fast for him. When I looked back he'd been struggling to catch me.
But that wasn't my main issue right now.
I reached the fifth floor, where the receptionist said my mom was. I was almost there. Then, I see my dad standing outside of the door.
"Dad!" I exclaim.
He looks up with a surprised expression. Then he puts his arms out in embrace. We hug.
"How's mom?" I ask.
"She's doing fine..." He responds. "But the doctors still aren't sure what happened. She claims she was dehydrated. You can go see her."
By that time a gasping Keenan had reached us.
"Dude, you're way too fast!" He exclaims.
I can't help but laugh.
"I'm captain of the football team for a reason, you know." I respond.
This makes my dad laugh as he opens the door. I look up and see my mom staring out the window near her bed. I feel the tears in my eyes as I run over.
"Mom!" I exclaim.
She looks up and smiles. We hug.
"Nikita..." She says. "I'm glad you're here. I feel a lot better now."
That voice... The way she said my name. It resembled the man's voice so much.
I pull away.
"Huh?" She mumbles.
"S-Sorry." I say. "I just thought of someone when you said my name."
My mom raises her eyebrows.
"Of... Who?" She asks.
I sigh and tell her the story of the man in my vision.
By the time the story's over, she could barely hold back her tears. I had to hug her to calm her down. I mean, if she starts crying, I do too.
"I can't b-believe it..." She manages to say. "You saw them..."
"Saw who?" I ask.
"Y-Your grandparents and u-uncle..." She responds. "A-And m-me..."
I pull away and stare into her eyes.
"That was you?!" I ask. "But how? How'd you get a red eye?..."
She chuckles and sighs. She makes me sit down next to her on the bed. She proceeds to tell me a story.
"I was only two or three at the time. It was your uncle, Vladimir, your grandfather, Ivan, and me. We had been walking back home to get to your sick grandmother, Natalia. Well, some bad people caught up to us. We were attacked. Vladimir was shot, my father was stabbed, and I... Well I only got this scar. But, I was full of rage. I let out some type of energy and sent the bad guys away. From that day forward, I vowed to only fight for good. But, later, your grandmother died from pneumonia... And I was forced to leave Russia."
My jaw hung opened as she finished. I couldn't help but hug her as tight as I could. I didn't know how she survived for that long on her own. She told me she met dad around age fourteen. I never knew she had to live by herself for so long.
"I'm so sorry..." I say.
She strokes my head.
"It's okay..." She responds. "You don't need to be."
I look back up to her.
"So..." I start. "Why'd you really collapse?"
Her eyes widened.
"I guess..." She responds. "A power that I haven't used in a long time... Just came over me. And... Drained my energy..."
Her voice trails off. She stares into space.
"Mom?" I ask, waving my hand in her face.
"Y-Yeah?" She responds. "Sorry, I had a flashback..."
I nod. "Of what?" I ask.
"... A tournament." She responds.
She looks over to the door where my dad and Keenan are standing. I look up to see my dad raise his eyebrows. I look back at her. She's still staring at my dad.
"Yeah..." She says. "The semi-finals... I-I lost... To a dark blader..."
I sigh, causing her to look down at me.
"Sorry." She says.
I shake my head and laugh. She smiles, but then that fades.
"I needed to give you this." She says, reaching over to the table next to her.
She takes something in her hand and gives it to me. She places the item in my palm.
A cross necklace with a crack in the middle.
"My father gave it to me..." She says. "Your dad wore it in the final battle of that tournament and won... Now, it's time you have it."
I stare at the object. I turn it over with my fingers and admire the cross. I stare deeply into the front of it. Suddenly, I see the man again. I see my grandfather.
"Nikita..." He calls. "Come to me..."
I shake my head and look back up to my mom.
"Thanks." I say. "It's pretty..."
She nods and yawns. I hear my dad walk over.
"You tired, Sofia?" He asks, taking me down.
My mom nods in return.
"Then we'll go." He responds. "Love you."
They proceed to kiss each other and I make a barf noise. They both laugh and my dad and I leave.
"Night mom!" I call as the door closes.
I look down to the necklace. Something is off about it. He appears again.
"Nikita..." He whispers.
"MOM!" I shouted, running through the hospital.

My jaw hung opened as she finished. I couldn't help but hug her as tight as I could. I didn't know how she survived for that long on her own. She told me she met dad around age fourteen. I never knew she had to live by herself for so long.
"I'm so sorry..." I say.
She strokes my head.
"It's okay..." She responds. "You don't need to be."
I look back up to her.
"So..." I start. "Why'd you really collapse?"
Her eyes widened.
"I guess..." She responds. "A power that I haven't used in a long time... Just came over me. And... Drained my energy..."
Her voice trails off. She stares into space.
"Mom?" I ask, waving my hand in her face.
"Y-Yeah?" She responds. "Sorry, I had a flashback..."
I nod. "Of what?" I ask.
"... A tournament." She responds.
She looks over to the door where my dad and Keenan are standing. I look up to see my dad raise his eyebrows. I look back at her. She's still staring at my dad.
"Yeah..." She says. "The semi-finals... I-I lost... To a dark blader..."
I sigh, causing her to look down at me.
"Sorry." She says.
I shake my head and laugh. She smiles, but then that fades.
"I needed to give you this." She says, reaching over to the table next to her.
She takes something in her hand and gives it to me. She places the item in my palm.
A cross necklace with a crack in the middle.
"My father gave it to me..." She says. "Your dad wore it in the final battle of that tournament and won... Now, it's time you have it."
I stare at the object. I turn it over with my fingers and admire the cross. I stare deeply into the front of it. Suddenly, I see the man again. I see my grandfather.
"Nikita..." He calls. "Come to me..."
I shake my head and look back up to my mom.
"Thanks." I say. "It's pretty..."
She nods and yawns. I hear my dad walk over.
"You tired, Sofia?" He asks, taking me down.
My mom nods in return.
"Then we'll go." He responds. "Love you."
They proceed to kiss each other and I make a barf noise. They both laugh and my dad and I leave.
"Night mom!" I call as the door closes.
I look down to the necklace. Something is off about it. He appears again.
"Nikita..." He whispers.

Well, I have a two new characters that are going to be added in at some point in the story! Since there will be teams for the tournament, I present you with two of the leaders. Here they are:

Appearance: He's tall for his age (5'7"), has blonde hair pulled back in a small pony tail with some of it hanging by his ears, and has bright green eyes. He wears an old green uniform, with a matching cape, and knee-high, brown boots.
Personality: He's a very nice boy who doesn’t take lightly to those who cause trouble or insult his country, Poland. He loves beyblading and has been since he was three. He has amazing arm strength and is able to throw things really far. In battle, he can get carried away and unleash a power given to him by his grandfather. He is able to bend rock and steel, like his grandfather, Feliks Lukasiewicz.

Name: Ricardo "Rico" Fernández Carriedo
Also Known As: The Bull Tamer, The Wild Bull
Age: 14
Beyblade: Dominus Bull H145D
Special Move: Master Uppercut
Appearance: He's about Merek's height with short, somewhat curly, brown hair and light green eyes. He wears a white dress shirt with the sleeves rolled up, red tie, and brown pants with a pair of dress shoes. He sometimes has rectangular glasses on.
Personality: He's a free-spirited, happy boy. He's had a past with light and darkness along the way. Even through all of this pain, he remains optimistic. Nothing can get him down. He does whatever he wants, loves blading, and is often found sleeping or drawing. Even though he seems like a wimp, he is a very powerful blader with a hidden power within him. He is the number one blader in Spain.

The Evil Within
I lie in my bed, staring at the cross. I knew I saw him. Ivan Braginski. My grandfather.
I sigh and set the cross down on the table, turning over in my bed. I stare at the wall in the darkness. Then, I see him.
He's standing in the snow, gesturing for me to come to him. I rub my eyes. He's still there. I put my hand on the wall. Suddenly, it seems as if I'm absorbed into the vision.
I'm standing in the snow. Just me and him.
"Come..." He says.
I take a step towards him. Then, I find myself walking towards him.
I'm standing face-to-face with him.
He smiles. Pure white teeth, like mom's.
He gets down to my height by getting on his knees. He extends his arms. I can't help but hug him.
"I'm sorry, Nikita." He says. "I never got to meet you in real life..."
I nod.
"I had to protect your mother." He says. "I'm sure she doesn't remember..."
I pull away.
"What happened exactly?" I ask.
He chuckles.
"Well, I remember hearing the sound of a gun... And then Vlad screaming. Sofia wanted to run towards him, but got slashed at. She was cut under her eye. When they went in for the final blow, I got in front of her and took the hit. Right into my heart."

"I gave her the necklace right before I died. It was for your grandmother, but I gave it to her because I knew Natalia's time was ending soon. I promised her it would protect her from darkness. My power, Vlad's power, Natalia's power, and her own were put into that necklace. Now, it belongs to you."
I stare down at the ground. If only I knew. I don't understand why she kept it a secret.
"B-But," I start. "Why'd she keep it a secret for so long?"
He chuckles again.
"She didn't want you to unlock our hidden power." He says. "But, considering what happened in your last battle, you've begun to unlock it. She didn't want the darkness to consume you."
I raise my eyebrows. Darkness? What? This was all happening too fast.
My grandfather reaches into his pocket and takes something out. He shows it to me.
A beyblade.
A bey with a deep purple energy ring and thick wheel.
"Meet Diablo Nemesis X : D." He says.
I stare at the bey. Cool looking.
"You're gonna battle with me." Me grandfather says, causing my thoughts to scatter.
I look up with an "are-you-crazy" expression.
"What?!" I exclaim.
He smiles and nods. "Da." He says.
I back away as he readies his bey. I ready Hydron.
"Go shoot!" He calls, launching his bey.
"Go shoot!" I manage to say.
Out beys collide, causing the snow under it to fly. Hydron is easily blown back. I go flying too. I land on my back, in the snow.
Hydron is just barely spinning. The snow under it is draining it's spin. I get up and wipe the snow off of me. I turn back to the battle.
"Go!" I shout.
Hydron is surrounded by a red aura. He then heads straight for Nemesis. He lands a few attacks, but is sent flying again. Suddenly, Nemesis' height changes and it spins right for Hydron.
It's speed is powered up by something. Then I realize. X : D is a special track and tip. It's merged together, so it can change modes. Nemesis is in XF mode.
I decide to counter it with my own speed.
"Now!" I shout.
Hydron breaks through the snow in front of it and is surrounded by a red aura. I have one too. My grandfather's eyes widen.
"Special Move!" I shout. "Cyber Smash!"
But something is different about this. Hydron is powering up way more than before. Suddenly, the aura around Hydron and I changes to purple.
Then, I realize.

A New Threat
"Special Move!" I shouted. "Cyber Smash!"
Hydron charged straight at Nemesis with a very powerful force. Hydron and I were both surrounded by a red aura.
But, it suddenly changed to purple.
"W-What?!" My grandfather exclaimed.
My eyes widened.
"What's going on?!" I exclaim.
My grandfather lets out this growl. Suddenly, a deep purple aura surrounds him and Nemesis.
"Special Move!" He shouts. "Black Death Genocide!"
Our beys charge at each other at full strength. They collide, sending out a huge force of wind. I stand my ground with all of my power.
"Go!" I shout.
Hydron overcomes the force behind Nemesis' move and sends it flying. My grandfather goes flying, too.
"Whoa!" I exclaim.
They both crash into a tree, causing the snow to fall off of it and cover my grandfather. Nemesis is wedged into the truck of the tree, next to his head.
I catch Hydron and run over.
"Are you okay?!" I exclaim as I get over.
He grumbles something in Russian as I begin to get the snow off of him. But, he chuckles.
"That was fine battling skills you showed." He says.
I pause and look up.
"Really?" I ask.
"Da." He responds with a smile.
But, everything around me starts going white. I watch in shock as the world around us fades.
I sit up in my bed. I'm breathing heavily and drenched in sweat. I look over to my alarm clock. It's 8 in the morning.
I sigh and get up. I get ready and then head downstairs. I make my way over to the fridge, only to be met by a note.
Went to the hospital to get your mom!
Be back later!

I sigh and open the fridge. I fix myself a glass of milk and chug it down. As soon as I wipe my mouth off, I find myself heading out the door.
I grab my bike and I'm on my way to the NBU.
Minutes Later
"Hey, Nicky!" Someone calls as I'm putting up my bike.
I look up to see two people running to me.
Keenan and Lee.
I narrow my eyes as they get over.
"Why's Lee here?" I ask.
Lee frowns.
"He's my new friend!" Keenan says. "Once you get to know him, he's really cool! And, he's helped me with my karate moves a lot! He's awesome at blading, too!"
I look up to Lee. I put out my hand.
"Let's put that past behind us." I say with a smile.
His frown fades and he nods, taking my hand.
We shake.
"Friends?" I ask.
"Friends." He says.
"Now, let's get blading!" Keenan says, running back to the BeyPark.
We follow behind him. Next, we're being transferred into the NBU.
We step out of the transfer room. Everything is going smoothly around us.
"I have to check up on the system." I say.
Keenan and lee nod as I walk off to the control room. But, i can't help but notice something is be talked about.
"Did you hear?" Some bladers say.
"Yeah! He confirmed it last night!" Others would say.
"I wanna be on the team of Greece with him!" More would say.
My eyes widened as I sped my pace to the control room up. Then, I was running.
I bust through the door to the room. Empty, except for all of the computers transferring data.
I walk over to the giant monitor. No system alerts, no Robo-DJs down, no bullies, everything is good.
Or so I thought.
Suddenly, a big ad pops up on the monitor. By the small icon at the bottom of the screen, it's being shown on all of the televisions around the NBU.

"That was taken at a tournament a few months back..." I think.
"Who has dreamed of being Number One in the world?!" The ad asks.
It sounds like me.
"Well, if that's you, try out for the team of Greece!" It says. "Tryouts will be tomorrow at three! The final two bladers standing will be on the team of Greece with me, Nicky Karpusi! We'll be going to the New Blading World Championships!"
"Oh no." I mumble.

Really nice! One thing I noticed too is when I asked you to organize the dialogue and stuff, I saw how little the description was. I think the description is mostly in the character's dialogue, but try putting more description to the environments, characters, movements, etc. Keep it up!

I stand in horror at what I just heard. I'm hosting a team for the New Blading World Championships.
"What just happened?! I never confirmed that!" I think.
I sigh.
"Maybe I should just go along with this. Sounds like a lot of fun, anyways." I think.
I turn away from the computers right as the ad disappears. I walk over towards the door, but I turn back and take a good look at the computers. I sigh and turn back to the door, opening it.
Worst decision ever.
"There he is!" Someone shouted.
Everyone turned and looked at me.
"It's Nicky!" They shout.
I only had one instinct. Run.
I ran off in another direction. This was a bad idea. I look back over my shoulder and see that they're following me.
"carp!" I exclaim, speeding up.
I needed to find Lee and Keenan. Surely they were here somewhere. In the crowd, possibly.
But, my thoughts are scattered. I slam right into someone.
I fall backwards and land on my bottom. I look up to who it was.
"S-Sorry..." I say.
The person looks down.
It's Bella.
She helps me up. I explain the situation to her. She nods and looks back behind me. She points. I look back.
"Oh no." I say.
"There he is!" Someone shouted. "Get him!"
"RUN!" I exclaim.
Bella and I take off. We turn down as many hallways and corridors as we possibly could.
I look back. No one is chasing us.
"I think we lost them..." I say, sighing.
We both collapse to the floor and laugh.
"So," I start. "You thinking about joining the Greek team?"
She shrugs.
"I may join the British team, instead... It's closer to Belgium." She says, causing me to frown.
"Then we can't be on the same team..." I say.
"Sorry..." She responds.
We sit there in silence for a minute, then my watch begins vibrating. I look down and see I have a message.
I press the small mail icon on the screen. A projection pops up. A boy with blonde hair pulled back in a pony tail, green eyes, and a smile appears.
"Who are you?" I ask.
He laughs.

Just then, the screen splits into two. Another boy appears. He has somewhat curly, brown, hair, light green eyes, and an olive completion. He smiles, too.
"Hola!" He says. "I am Rico Fernández Carriedo! Leader of the Spanish Team, Los Matadores!"
I nod.
"Nice to meet you two." I say. "Now may I ask, why are you calling me?!"
Merek laughs.
"We're here to warn you!" He says.
Rico nods.
"We won't back down, no matter what!" He says. "Give it your best shot!"
I smirk.
"Alright," I say. "We'll see about that."
"Pożegnanie." Merek says, cutting off his connection.
"Adios." Rico says, cutting off his connection.
I look up from my watch and over to Bella. She gets up and helps me up.
"I'm gonna go along with this." I say. "For Greece."
Bella nods.
"I'm gonna join the team of Britain." She says.
I frown.
"Hey," She starts. "Eventually we'll get to battle."
I smile and nod. We shake hands. I give her a friendly hug and she walks off.
"Au revoir!" She says.

"There you are!" Someone says.
I look back to see Keenan and Lee. I walk over.
"So, when did you confirm a Greece Team?" Keenan asks.
"Since now." I say. "I'm gonna play along."

"We need a name, though..." I say.

I look back to see Keenan and Lee. I walk over.
"So, when did you confirm a Greece Team?" Keenan asks.
"Since now." I say. "I'm gonna play along."
Both look surprised. I only put my hand out.
"You guys wanna be on the Team of Greece?" I ask.
Keenan nods and puts his hand on top of mine. Lee does the same.
"We need a name, though..." I say.
We all look down, but look back up. We all have the same thought.
"Atomic Force!" We all shout, pulling our hands up.
Okay, so when you get to some of the words, I know they look weird, but they mean goodbye in their languages.
Pożegnanie - Polish for Farewell
Adios - Spanish for Goodbye
Au revoir - French for Goodbye
αντίο - Greek for Goodbye
