Welcome to the WBO. Read the rules precisely and follow them. As for tournaments, search around the official events threads and se if any tournaments are in your area!

Welcome Fierce. Just pay attention and try to search around for the correct forums and threads. There is a 99.9% chance you'll never have to start a thread period. Dark Mousy seems to be the main tournament host between NC and Virginia seems to be quite a hotbed of bladers from what I can tell on here, so you're lucky.
Look under the WBO General Forum for Tournament discussions. Tournament hosts need you to tell them if you can go to one before it's actually created.
If you have questions feel free to PM any of the Mods (in blue) or Advanced Members (in bold) in the member list and we'll help you or direct you to what you're looking for.
Guys telling a new member "Don't Get Warned" is a deterrent to new members and not welcoming at all... Just do what I said, search and if you can't find it PM one of us and we'll direct you and you'll be more than fine!

Totally agree with Klaus. Telling new members 'don't get warned' is intimidating and unwelcoming.
