Is everyone really not interested by that ? I think that is an awesome compensation for contacts ...

I agree completely. A major point of Zero-G is to use the environment to your advantage. If the stadium sways, expoit that ability to the fullest.

So from looking at the box in AD's video, the Chrome Wheel's official name is "Chromium Wheel". Sounds cooler, I guess.

That's what I was thinking! It makes sense now that defense bottoms will (as advertised to) use sharp bottoms, that way they don't move to the outside as easily.

And, it would actually be so much fun to see these sharp-bottomed Defense tips topple around so easily, haha!
Quite a weird compensation that. TT avoided Defenders from being KOed easily, but forgot that KO is not the only way to defeat a bey...
In a stadium that wobbles wildly, the already suck-ishly balanced S tips would make a good sight! XD
Unless those Defenders actually manage to not move at all, and let the Stadium 'glide' in all directions below them...

Thanks, for the videos. But could you actually test more useful things, like test top-tier parts, and see how top-tier parts perform in the stadium? Also could you do mirror matches with current top-tier beys and just change the Chrome Wheel/Clear Wheel and the Crystal Wheel/Metal wheel, like Phantom Cancer AD145 WD vs Samurai Ifraid AD145 WD.

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Nuzumaki90 - Mar. 31, 2012

You do realize those aren't my videos......right? Confused

Oh sorry, i never knew, since you didn't give credit to the person for the videos. Confused

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - No.1wizhardy - Mar. 31, 2012

how do i get these beys. i havent seen them before. are they allowed in tournaments cause they beat all beys. apart from my storm leone df145 f

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Blazeburn - Mar. 31, 2012

These beys would DESTROY a Storm Leone DF145 F.

Honestly, you don't actually know that. However, they most likely will beat a Storm Leone DF145 F.

That must be a huge typo, because even on the official Metal Fight Beyblade website, it is "Chrome Wheel" in English, and the Katakana clearly says that too. I have no idea how the "ium" got there, but then, apparently they did not check anything at all when writing "SARAMANDA" ...

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Maya - Apr. 01, 2012

Has anyone tested a M145Q combo in that stadium yet? It looks like it would be EPIC!

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Nuzumaki90 - Apr. 01, 2012

Yeah for the first 3 seconds....

I really can't wait to be battling with the Zero-G Attack Stadium in tournaments. Seems like they will be much harder which I like =D

It is not confirmed that the stadium will even be legal for tournaments yet. There has to be a LOT of testing first, and then the MODS/Committee will make a decision on the whole of Zero-G.

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Nuzumaki90 - Apr. 01, 2012

I know it's not confirmed and I realize that there is a chance this stadium won't be legal at all. What you're telling me at this moment is already known especially since Kai-V, th!nk, Arupeao and many others have said it several times before.

Also not trying to be rude. or anything, but you really don't have to quote a post that is directly above your own.

I am just making it clear to you that it might not even be legal, since the way you posted made it sound like you thought it was definitely legal. So i wasn't posting thinking i knew something new, i was just making sure you knew that.

Also, i don't normally quote posts directly above mine. Only if i think that the person might try to edit there previous post, pretending they didn't say that, to make me look like i am making it up. So, i quote their post to be on the safe side.

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Toto Sakigami - Apr. 01, 2012

BHK is right though. There has to be ALOT of testing. And there will be alternate stadiums, soon.

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Bey Brad - Apr. 01, 2012

I have to say I did not find the battle videos very exciting. Looking forward to see some seriously competitive testing by the people here.

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - ~Mana~ - Apr. 01, 2012

Maybe Takara Tomy learned that you'd tested every part and decided "Hey, these guys have tested every one of our parts! Let's make their job even harder and produce a million new combinations, with multiple stadiums so they'll have to test them multiple times!".

I can imagine that being said in their meetings, I really can.

I think they look really frenetic, but they're kind of fast for my liking, too... regardless, I will be one of the testers(I'll be getting my shipment about a week late, but nonetheless), and I'm pretty excited about working on the ruleset for it. Synchom in general presents a lot of testing and rulemaking obstacles, though, so quite a lot needs to be done.

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Kei - Apr. 02, 2012

Can't wait until my ZERO-G stuff arrives. Things like the battles shown in this video:

are just too cool not to be excited about.

One thing is for sure: there will no longer be any drawn out, boring Stamina battles!

RE: Beyblade Zero-G Series. (Watch video in first post!) - Kai-V - Apr. 02, 2012

I wonder if one of the stadiums will have a Tornado Ridge at least ... I admit that this is probably missing in this first BeyStadium.

Also, why has TAKARA-TOMY abandoned the term "BeyStadium" in the names ? Now it is just "stadium" ...

I was wondering this myself ... although, it's hard to say how much of a positive effect it would have had for Attack types in this stadium. Beyblades seem to fly around quite a bit in the stadium, and their KOs (and self-KOs, I suppose) seem to be assisted by the fact that the opposing Beyblades can "slide" out so easily.

Perhaps to specify the stadium, rather than the general term BeyStadium, for exaple, Defence Stadium.
