I don't really like either much at all. Both seem like they are missing some things and that they were hurried or something. I'll have to say ENTRY #2 though, because it looks like it had more effort was put into it (if either have effort that is) and it has better quality to me. Entry #1 looks like he just scribbled different colors together for the background and it just looks ugly to me. That's MO.

Not much effort was put in both, just a plain background in entry #2 isnt enough, Although entry #2 put much more effort, Entry #2 is my vote
