RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 21, 2011

B: D can be pushed and knocked out by Ray.

Test against something valid.

RE: Wing Discussion - Dracomageat - Nov. 21, 2011

Seems a little harsh but you do have a point. BGrin = 215WD with bearings IIRC.

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 21, 2011

I will Hazel. The first line says so. And dont be harsh man, Im not some noob who posted a Dark Wolf!

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 21, 2011

TH170WD with bearings and a smoother tip, actually.

Dark Wolf 125B would be a better testing vector than Phantom B:D for Attack properties.

RE: Wing Discussion - Primal - Nov. 21, 2011

170WD, actually.

Could you test MF Wing Pegasis (Mode 2) D125RF against Basalt BD145CS, if possible?

EDIT: Geez, Hazel, can you type any faster? Tongue_out

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 21, 2011

Thats next on my list, to test something "worthwhile"... PFFFTTTT.

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 21, 2011

You should not make threads without the proper tests FIRST and foremost.

MF-H Basalt Aquario BD145CS,
MF-H Basalt Aquario BD145MB,
MF-H Death Aquario BD145CS
Phantom Aquario TH170CS,
Phantom Aquario BD145CS.

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 21, 2011

Got it. But where does it say THAT in the rules?

RE: Wing Discussion - Hov - Nov. 21, 2011

Nice to see you contributing my man :V since you ARE a supplier lol. Can you test MF Wing PegasisCH120, R145, H145, 85 RF/R2F.? Thanks.

Threads get deleted for being like yours, to be entirely honest. If you're not testing against something that is actually meaningful to test against, you're not contributing anything. Pay attention to the forum and you might learn.

It's common sense. Moreover:

(Jul. 12, 2011  10:26 PM)♥ Wrote: This is the format all test results should use when being posted:

Quote:MF Lightning L Drago (Upper Mode) 100RF vs. MF Earth Aquario GB145CS
Standard Procedure
MF Lightning L Drago 100RF: 19 wins (10 OS, 9 KO)
MF Earth Aquario GB145CS: 1 win (1 OS)
1 draw
CS win percentage: 5%

Testing should involve at least 20 rounds, and any draws must be recorded and redone.

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 21, 2011

They told me 10 rounds would suffice. I know its twenty, but I wanted to compare modes. Furthermore, I have witnessed Phantom Orion being a winner in the current meta-game in NUMEROUS tournaments. Its not too bad.

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 21, 2011

B: D is not a track capable of withstanding any measure of attack, though, so your test against it is just not that useful.

Stop arguing with me and start testing things that matter.

RE: Wing Discussion - Dracomageat - Nov. 21, 2011

Phantom Orion is a stamina type and thus will do badly against attackers when compared to more defense orientated beys. Theory has it that, through banking and similar, it can be made to have far more KO resistance but, AFAIK, noone knows for sure.

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 21, 2011

The 30% launch KO resistance thing is very specific, and still nowhere near as effective as an actual Defense tip.

RE: Wing Discussion - Meow! - Nov. 22, 2011

Honestly, if this thing is only getting about 50% against phantom b:d, I doubt it will do any good against other combos with greater defense. You also said, "push out", most beys such as ray as mentioned above can smash out phantom b:d. I think this is going to be another galaxy.

I will be surprised if this can manage even one win against basalt.

Theres only been one combo tested so far. Give it time.

RE: Wing Discussion - gibsonmac - Nov. 22, 2011

Jay, I'll test when I get my she-ight from ya...

But they are right bro, you need to have minimum 5 testing vectors against proper opponents... ie. if you are proposing an attack combo, you must test against proper DEFENSE combos first and foremost, then as an afterthought throw in a Stamina test just for the hell of it... basically you need to test against what is supposed to be the 'kryptonite type' not the auto-win type,

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 22, 2011

Your "she-ight" will be sent tomorrow. They're sitting net to me Tongue_out

Updated OP.

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 22, 2011

I think you forgot the whole "updating the OP" part of the updated OP.

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 22, 2011

Wait a few seconds please. Refresh the page.

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 22, 2011

You updated after posting that you'd already updated. Sequential nonsense...

I am unsurprised by these results, but I want to see more tests from more skilled Attack bladers.

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 22, 2011

Whatever you say boss. Any requests?

RE: Wing Discussion - Hazel - Nov. 22, 2011

The list of combos I want it tested against is on the previous page. And please utilize the format I have posted there, as well. It is simply more professional.

RE: Wing Discussion - Jaygrazer - Nov. 22, 2011

Ok. Thanks for the feedback, as I am learning this part of the forums Grin
