He means the rare Customize Grip during the HMS beyblade series. Not an MFB custom grip, which both TT and Hasbro produce, and what you're offering...
EDIT: You could try skimming YJA, I've seen a few lots with Customize Grips being sold. Just use Oki, RiderProxy or MOJ.
