I've been working on this project of mine for about a week now.
Yes, I realize that this is highly similar to Roan's "In the Sun" piece.

Notes:
All vector work. No brushes.
Looks MUCH MUCH better in hi-res rather than in this size.
There were six samurai in the image, yet in the movie there were seven. I think one has died.
This piece will be used in a design that will be on a poster / other medium. I'm very happy with the result. Originally, it was going to be simple black and white. The ideas kept rolling off my head, and I went with the ideas you see now.

Great looking signature, but I'm not keen on the green.
The vectors looks amazing, though.

Originally I sketched my own version, but it was far too sloppy.

dope, but maybe try a darker shade or green for the grass
