when the WBO will make a beyblade tournament here in Brazil? Already there are many guys doing teams, training and posting videos on youtube.

The WBO doesn't make the tournaments, the members do it. read the events guide and rulebook

Um the WBO doesn't actually make them but you can find 8 people and make an event proposal and then have a tourney! But you can't just wait fOr someone to make a tourny
