share your favourite japanese bands. (i do like western music, but am more into jp stuff atm)
Beat Crusaders - mainly sing in english (imperfect
) but i love their beatsOrange Range - I like quite alot of their work; often the interludes of rap in between melodies keep me interested.
L'arc en Ciel - yep, don't like all their work though.
Shocking Lemon - again, don't love all their work but they have a nice unique style and often good melodies.

I haven't ever gotten into Japanese bands, sadly
My classmates exposed me to indie rock and alternative.
I listen to Japanese bands whenever I can (especially in animes), as with all other genres of music. The only music I truly despise is Country and Rap/Hip Hop.
The GazettE is the only band I actually know the name of, and they ARE decent, but they really look animated in the music videos. Are they supposed to?

Malice Mizer (Mostly Gackt era. Klaha ain't so bad, though)

Nightmare (Only heard two songs thus far, but I see myself liking these guys)
