Generally, 120 is used against conventional 145 defense types, though 145 is good too.
145 is the best height to use against 230 defense combos.

Crystal Pegasus, that really has nothing to do with anything.
Big Wheel Racer, look it up on Ebay, from what i've heard though Plastics are expensive because they're hard to find and out of production.
Clonetos, not much. Geminos' effect on any combo isn't that huge, due to it being a clear wheel.

Defense: Earth Bull/Aquario GB145WB (Get MF to be top-tier. CS/RS/RSF are FAR BETTER choices.)
Stamina: Earth Bull/Aquario 100/145WD/SD (Top-tier. Use 100 regularly and 145 to counter 230.)
