If it has Regenerator (which it definitely should, check this set) use this set. And I recommend delving into the finer aspects of competitive battling like EV training and breeding and such, I posted an EV training guide on the last/second to last page, check it out. But here is a good set, courtesy of smogon.com:

-Hi Jump Kick is the main attack, dealing severe damage to anything that does not resist it.
-U-Turn provides scouting opportunities and also heals Mienshao as it switches out.
Hidden Power Ice almost always OHKOs Gliscor after Stealth Rock and always OHKOs after switch in to Hi Jump Kick.
-Stone Edge is mainly filler as Mienshao has no other viable offensive options.
-Life Orb is used to provide the most damage output.
-Stone Edge can be replaced with Fake Out for some free damage.
-The given ev spread with a Naïve nature and Life Orb are to ensure the OHKO on Gliscor after a switch-in to Hi Jump Kick.
-A Hasty nature can also be used, the difference is negligible.
-An alternate ev spread of 160 Atk / 96 SpA / 252 Spe can be used to always ensure the OHKO on Gliscor with Hidden Power Ice.

-Choice Band grants Mienshao with immense attacking power right off the bat while a -Choice Scarf allows it to outspeed threats and KO or do some damage with a fast U-turn.

-Regenerator only makes this set better by restoring Mienshao’s HP as it switches out. -In conjunction with U-turn, this makes for a perfect combination of move and ability.
-A Naïve or Hasty nature should be used with Hidden Power Ice.
-Max speed should be used when running Choice Band to tie with Zoroark and other Pokemon with 105 base Speed.
