Seriously Blader Richie, stop SPAMMING. I will test this myself against top tier stamina and destabilizer combos.
Heres what I'm planning to do:
Burn Cancer 85WD vs MLD 90SD
OR
Burn Bull 85WD vs MLD 90SD
And perhaps attack too?
Vulcan Horuseus 85R2F/CS vs MLD 90SD
and
LL-Drago 85R2F/CH120RF vs MLD 90SD
I will edit this post once testing is done and I will also provide a link to the youtube video, but that won't be until another 2-3 weeks so please be patient
PRE-EDIT: I have re-read the OP, and apparently, you say it can't withstand strong smash from wheels like Vulcan, but the rubber actually neutralizes that, unfortunately enough, it is more often than not outspun by Vulcan
