If you notice the Horogium CW is anti clockwise roman numerals, its because his images are reversed...

I use Krylon spray paint.
As for how, Burn Phoenix is rather simple, two coats of gold paint on the burn wheel does the trick.

I use sharpie and the nail polish on fousion/metal wheel, I mosty only color beys with wheels that have paint that chips off

Lol I used the same paint as nocto, Krylon Spray paint and it looks like the same color too for Burn.
Yea I need to add an extra coat to the metal wheels cause I missed some of the edges on the second coat.
And yea my phone has a pretty bad camera.My fav was the Ray Wheel, it's very nice looking with the red unicorno aswell.All parts were painted, though I used duct tape for joint parts so it didn't get icky when I screwed it all together.

A few days back, I spray painted my burn wheel red, and a few months ago I put a Dranzer MS bit logo (Not the bit picture) on the hasbro green metal face.
My custom is Burn Bull 100 S
, so it looks pretty sick. I'll post some pictures in a few, once I find my camera.
