I advise you just to get the Lighting L-Drago for $15 rather than buying only a string shooter for 15. It is $15 shipped.

Or you could get the pre hws L drago cause it come with exactly the same launcher and you would have two blades different blades instead of two of the same one.

I don't think Pre-HWS LDrago is any good.

Also, you can get LLDrago + Beylauncher L from dimsum2u for about 16USD from dimsum2u if you order. I think that is what ChAoStOrM was trying to say...
