Oh right. Sorry. But it was still good of them to wish BND to be a success - which it was.

Update on Metal Fight Beyblade :
- They are slightly smaller than HMS blades.
- TAKARA-TOMY is planning to release other beyblades in October and/or November.
- A manga is already being made.

Official site for the two July events.

The actual Wolf, I think, in the middle picture. New packaging too :

Also, they keep calling Cheiron 'Sagittario' and Leo 'Leone'.

Gasp That one looks sweet. My new favourite.

I'll update the Beywiki MFB article a bit to cover this news.

Yeah Kei, please add any images from those articles you can find as well.

The packaging on the individual Beys does definitely look pretty cheap. The Shooters look alright though.

It's not just you, that was my first thought as well.

Yeah =/ Makes me remember some fake bey I used to see in random stores.

On the plus side, Bull's upper slope seems pretty big from the first 2 bey related pictures. Should have some mad upper attack potential =)

I definitely noticed that. I had been questioning whether or not these new beyblades would even be able to compete with our current pool of HMS blades, but that Attack Ring looks very promising.

I'm really anxious to try one out.

Edit: I still really hate the way they look.

Did you notice that the Beypointer plugs into the arcade machine?

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Kei - Jun. 25, 2008

ARTICLE UPDATED!

Wasn't sure what I should put for the Birth Festival, anybody who understands that better than me is welcome to add information. Also, does anybody know what the name of BB-20 is? The list we have right now only goes to to BB-17 and in the picture on the article it clearly says "BB-20" on the packaging.

Bey Brad Wrote:Did you notice that the Beypointer plugs into the arcade machine?
I did just a few minutes ago, wonder what it does. Actually, I wonder what the point of the whole machine is actually lol

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Tototototototo - Jun. 25, 2008

Did they change Cheiron back into Sagittario? The face says SGTO instead of Cheiron now.

I've been away for a bit, so this is some pretty cool stuff. I hope none of it sucks.

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - To - Jun. 25, 2008

Ok instead of DattaCardass, you use the Beypointer to record your battles in the arcade machine, or solo spin times? I'm not to sure how'd that work. Again a shot in the dark.

The Beypointer with that thing that looks like boat propeller look incredibly cheap. That is the kind of plastic Knock Offs are made of. And that packaging is dull. I really do miss the boxes, and the cases from the past.

"BB-20 Beybattle Try Set" is what is written on the chart. I do not know if it will actually be sold ...

Mr. Toto Wrote:Did they change Cheiron back into Sagittario? The face says SGTO instead of Cheiron now.
In which picture does the face sat "SGTO" ?

I was thinking it could be a Dragoon-Seiryuu thing.

Takao Wrote:Ok instead of DattaCardass, you use the Beypointer to record your battles in the arcade machine, or solo spin times?
DataCardass is something totally unrelated as far as I know.

Personally, I find the new packaging OK. It looks more ecologic somehow ...

Also, I would like to be able to add in the information I find to the Wiki.

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Alice - Jun. 25, 2008

Eurgh, the packaging is horrible - they look just like all the fake reproductions that used to float around in markets and on dubious websites. Unhappy

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - red_eyes - Jun. 25, 2008

The launcher look really cheap, somethink like the plastic that was used for fake blades or for some stupid stuff.

The blades or smaller then the hms? I don't like this i think the hms are small but please not smaller Oo

And i don't like the package too, i would like to build my blade by myself i like this most of buying blades and not to take the blade finisch and ready to start...

but the arcade stadium is to hot can't wait so see it in action and the blades too

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - TheGigsMeister - Jun. 25, 2008

Yeah, the arcade stadium looks pretty cool! Though i am pretty dissapointed by the Packaging for the new Beyblades. They look really cheap and tacky. Maybe, if Hasbro re picks up the toyline, they might change the packaging (this time for the better), just like they did with Beyblades in the first place.

Wait a second, that is actually Wolf? Where does it say that? It looks much different from the original.

Hm, looking at both Wheels, I do not find them that different.

It has to be considered that those were just 3D renders and that they were "shadowed" so they would not be revealed until later. If you look at the Random Booster, there is also another beyblade which is grey. It is very possible that the real blade does not turn out to be an exact replica.

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Sega - Jun. 26, 2008

Urgh not a fan of the Packaging it really does look like one of those cheap crappy $2 Toy packaging, would have been nice to have it like the others in a box.

And why are the new ones smaller than the HMS Blades? The HMS Blades where small enough as it is, and plus all that the new blades are is an Attack Ring on a stick, I really can't see much with these new blades, but we'll just see what happens and how they work out.

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Bey Brad - Jun. 26, 2008

seriously enough about the packaging who cares

as for being smaller than HMS, considering the Wheel is entirely metal I was expecting that from the beginning

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Sega - Jun. 26, 2008

Yeah could just be thicker than a HMS Attack Ring which might explain why theres no Weight Disk.

I dunno, I really like to hold onto my Boxes and so on just for a collection thing, the Plastic stuff is going to rip the packaging leaving a nasty white border where the plastic used to be.

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Bluezee - Jun. 26, 2008

who cares about the packaging if ur going to play with them anyway?..get over it...things may change and packaging may change to so make do with what you have and at least be happy that the blades are back regardless of designs..power can always make up for it so stop complaining everyone...i hate when people do that and complain than paying attention to the important side of the situation..im just looking forward to using these blades becaues im ready for something new with more power and i think many people agree...no complaining, more appreciating, thats progress

RE: Metal Fight Beyblade: Everything you need to know! - Sasch - Jun. 26, 2008

I still think it sucks to be unable to change the weight and experiment with other WD shapes and stuff.
