I think we just do a casual tourney, its easier and cheaper. We can still have a good time without official certification.

I'll run it by my friends.
As of late, we've been really busy. RTP is swamped with his AP classes and I'm attempting to find jobs and get certification in the video technology job field [and I'm also swamped with my one AP Class and my Broadcast Technology classes]. Roja is also busy as well as, even though he's a year younger than us, he packed his schedule with AP Classes as well.
If we can come, I'll notify you guys, if not, then it's a pleasure to see a tournament [even if casual] being set up.
