Beyblade Tier List - Kei - May. 30, 2008 I took Brads suggestion to heart: Bey Brad Wrote:Guys, we really need to make a list of tiers of Beyblades to buy.and created this: ------------------------------ BEYBLADE TIER LIST Plastics: Tier 1: Ultimate Frostic Dranzer Gekiryu-Oh Bistool Dragoon Grip Attacker Metal Dragoon Bearing Stinger Draciel Metal Ball Defenser Driger S Galeon Wolborg Trygle Kid Dragoon Master Dragoon Wolborg 2 Gaia Dragoon/Strata Dragoon Uriel 2 Dragoon V2 Voltaic Ape/Vortex Ape Gaia Dragoon V/Strata Dragoon Burning Kerberous Draciel V2 Dark Dragoon/Driger/Draciel/Dranzer/Gaia Dragoon Dragoon G Metal Driger Dranzer GT Tier 2: Dranzer Auto Change Balancer Jumping Base Dragoon S Metal Draciel Kid Draciel Galzzly Galman Seaborg Dranzer S Draciel S Dranzer F Master Dranzer Master Draciel Bakuten Henkei Gaia Dragoon Metal Dranzer Gabriel Killer Eagle/Rapid Eagle Driger V2 Dranzer V2 Uriel (Wolborg 3) Blizzard Orthrus Wolborg 4 Dragoon GT Tier 3: Bakushin-Oh Roller Attacker Death Driger/Shadow Driger Knight Dranzer Driger F Dragoon F Draciel F Master Driger Seaborg 2 Dragoon V Flash Leopard Driger V Flash Leopard 2 Cyber Dragoon Draciel V Guardian Driger Death Gargoyle Rushing Boar Galeon 2 Appolon Venus Poseidon Driger G Rock Bison Dranzer G Draciel G Gaia Dragoon G/Strata Dragoon G Gigars Zeus Tier 4: Spin Dragoon Saizo Megaro Arm Spark Knight Polta Makendo Bump King Bound Attacker Bound Defenser Roller Defenser Wing Attacker Wing Defenser Sparkling Attacker Trypio Griffolyon Salamalyon Wyborg Dranzer V Spike Lizard Crab Diver Orca Diver Manta Diver Trygle 2 Trygator Flame Pegasus Deser Sphinxer HEAVY METAL SYSTEM: Tier 1: Dragoon MS Dragoon MSUV Death Gargoyle MS Wolborg MS Magical Ape MS Samurai Changer MS Jiraiya MS Tier 2: Thunder Dragon Sea Dragon Wyvern DJ Advance Averazer Advance Striker Advance Eterner Round Shell MS Dragoon MF Dranzer MF Bloody Devil MS Shining God MS Tier 3: Gaia Dragoon MS Driger MS Einstein MS Advance Guardian Slash Riger MS Dark Leopard MS Tier 4: Draciel MS Dranzer MS Phantom Fox MS Aero Knight MS ----------------------------- What do you guys think? There is definitely going to be a need to edit this as for some of the Beyblades I had not really heard about before, I randomly placed them in a tier. So any changes you want to make are welcome. I was thinking, maybe we should add one more tier just to get even more specific? RE: Beyblade Tier List - Blue - May. 30, 2008 I have to take longer to look at it, but I agree with alot of it. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Alice - May. 30, 2008 Quickly looking through, it seems like you did a really good job. It could be argued that Round Shell MS should be in a higher tier because of the effectiveness of its Running Core in Wolborg-MS-killer-combinations, but it does seem fine where it is too. Thanks for doing this! RE: Beyblade Tier List - Bey Brad - May. 30, 2008 Hmm the HMS ones seem pretty good, not sure about the plastic ones though ... I'll work on my own tier list and we'll see. RE: Beyblade Tier List - SexyMichael - May. 30, 2008 Kei Wrote:I took Brads suggestion to heart: A few issues I noticed while I glanced through. This is all opinion of course. Everyone needs to put in a lot of input for us to make a complete list. I also think clones should be listed in the same slot so people don't get confused and think they need each one individually. Also I think we could work on ordering them within the teirs as well. That would be hard due to the fact that some bey have more than one ballin part and some only have one totally necessary part. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Bey Brad - May. 30, 2008 Michael, you pretty much addressed my concerns perfectly! RE: Beyblade Tier List - Alice - May. 30, 2008 My input: Kei Wrote:BEYBLADE TIER LIST I pretty much agree with Michael, in other words. 8) RE: Beyblade Tier List - Train - May. 31, 2008 I personally think Dragoon GT could be higher it's a good beyblade. AR isn't that terrific, but for the power of the Turbo clutch I think it could be tier 1 *shrugs* Also from what I have heard/been told Cyber Dragoon is actually one of the worst beyblades ever. Why is it in 3? Does it serve SOME purpose? Because from what I know it just blows on all levels. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Bey Brad - May. 31, 2008 Dragoon GT, tier 1? No way ... Cyber Dragoon's AR has some decent smash ability. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Wolf-erazer - May. 31, 2008 cyber dragoon's attack ring may have decent smash but its speed lowers to quickly for it to win a match. the only way it would win is by hitting the beyblade within the first 5-10 seconds while roaming around the stadium at a very high spin rate. i would place it in tier 2 cus of decent smash. also advance averazer should be tier 1 its awsome beyblade ( cus i like it) OPINION edit: FIXED WHAT TIER I THINK IT SHOULD BE RE: Beyblade Tier List - Pich - May. 31, 2008 Advance omega Wrote:cyber dragoon's attack ring may have decent smash but its speed lowers to quickly for it to win a match. the only way it would win is by hitting the beyblade within the first 5-10 seconds while roaming around the stadium at a very high spin rate. i would place it in tier 2 cus of decent smash. isnt that what smash blades are supposed to do? and why is galzzy and metal draciel in tier 2? Tier 4 should be the largest tier, with the upper three being Tier 1: Necessity Tier 2: Great addition Tier 3: Good addition Everything else is just superfluous. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Wolf-erazer - May. 31, 2008 ah. i thought higher number is a better beyblade. sorry lol. its because i used to have a racing game where the higher the tier the better. i still dont think cyber dragoon is that good of a attack ring since it loses speed so fast(3 hits) RE: Beyblade Tier List - Pich - May. 31, 2008 Advance omega Wrote:ah. i thought higher number is a better beyblade. sorry lol. its because i used to have a racing game where the higher the tier the better. i still dont think cyber dragoon is that good of a attack ring since it loses speed so fast(3 hits) wow jon, but btw dranzer f has smash too and your right about cyber dragoon RE: Beyblade Tier List - G - May. 31, 2008 Here's what I'm basing mine off of: Tier 1: Necessity (Overall good/Has a staple part that you should get) Tier 2: Great addition (Has at least one good part worth getting) Tier 3: Good addition (Has a decent part that could be used, but not really needed) Tier 4: Junk (Self explanatory/Easily outclassed) Tier 1: Ultimate Frostic Dranzer (Overall Good) Draciel Metal Ball Defenser (Overall Good) Driger S (Overall Good) Galeon (Overall Good) Kid Dragoon/Dranzer GT (Must have AR) Dragoon Grip Attacker (Must have BB ) Metal Dragoon Bearing Stinger (Must have SG) Wolborg (Must have SG) Wolborg 2 (Must have SG) Trygle (Must have AR) Dragoon V2 (Must have BB ) Voltaic Ape (Must have SP) Dranzer V2 (Must have SP) Gaia Dragoon V (Must have BB ) Burning Kerberous (Must have SG) Dragoon G (Must have AR) Metal Driger (Has HMC) Draciel S (Must have BB ) Tier 2: Dragoon S (Useful BB ) Seaborg (Useful BB, Decent AR) Dranzer F (Useful AR) Master Draciel (Useful AR) Dark Series (Useful SP) Driger V2 (Useful uncustomized) Wolborg 4 (Useful BB ) Dragoon GT (Useful AR) Draciel V2 (Useful SP) Kid Draciel (Useful AR) Flash Leopard (Useful AR) Driger G (Useful AR) Tier 3: Master Dranzer (AR and BB could be used) Metal Dranzer (Useful uncustomized, but outclassed) Death Driger/Shadow Driger (Potentially used for WD Attacking) Driger F (The Bearing and Shaft can be used) Dragoon F (BB can be used) Draciel F (Contains 3 Metal balls) Seaborg 2 (AR can be used for Smash) Cyber Dragoon (AR Can be used for Smash) Guardian Driger (Has the War Lion AR, but not the SR) Dranzer G (AR can be used) Gigars (AR Can be used for Force Smash) Zeus (AR can be used) Rock Bison (the EG can be used to improve Wolborg IV) Trypio (AR can be used) Roller Defenser (AR can be used for Right Spin Zombie) Appolon/Venus/Poseidon (Big and Heavy ARs) Tier 4: Spin Dragoon Spark Knight Bump King Bound Attacker Bound Defenser Wing Attacker Wing Defenser Sparkling Attacker Griffolyon Salamalyon Wyborg Dranzer V Trygle 2 Flame Pegasus Bakushin-Oh Roller Attacker Driger V Dragoon V Draciel V Flash Leopard 2 Master Driger Galzzly Galman Galeon 2 Questionables (I can't make my mind up on these): Gabriel (Useful AR. Useful BB? 2?) Uriel 2 (Useful BB. 1/2?) Blizzard Orthrus (Useful SP? 2?) Uriel (Useful AR and BB? 2/3?) Gaia Dragoon (Useful BB, I'm think on the direct border of 2/3) Dranzer Auto Change Balancer (I remember it being overall good, but maybe in the 3 range since it's outclassed compared to Bistool?) Dranzer S (The Bearing and Shaft can be used, 3?) Trygator (It's more round and looks like it can be used. 3?) Gaia Dragoon G (SR can be used for grinding... grinding sucks though so 3/4?) Draciel G (Defensive EG... 3/4?) No idea at all Killer Eagle/Rapid Eagle Bakuten Henkei Gaia Dragoon (wth is this. Is that the white transforming Bey?) Death Gargoyle (Heard the AR can be used) Spike Lizard Crab Diver Orca Diver (4th?) RE: Beyblade Tier List - Nic - May. 31, 2008 G Wrote:Dranzer S (The Bearing and Shaft can be used, 3?) Yeah. I actually fiddle more around with the casings than anything else, but if I had other parts, I probably wouldn't be using them much. Things like this bother me. There's a LOT of parts that're fun to have, but don't have extremely practical use. So it's important to put a note that this list is for serious battling. RE: Beyblade Tier List - FFX - May. 31, 2008 Dranzer S shaft overall has some nice capabilities, as well as the Dranzer S in Dragoon BB. I guess they are useful, so I would consider tier 3 at the least, and like Driger F, should be considered for T2. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Kei - May. 31, 2008 G Wrote:Here's what I'm basing mine off of:Those are great descriptions for what each tier is, good job. I also agree with the suggestions Michael and Alice made, they make sense. And as I said, I wasn't sure about a number of them at first. Thanks for all the responses everyone. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Train - May. 31, 2008 Saizo/Spark Knight/Polta should be 3 not 4. Same with Death Driger. For WD attack purposes, just my opinion. However I have heard people say that WD attack isn't GREAT, but I've always thought it wasn't a bad strategy/type to use. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Kei - May. 31, 2008 Train Wrote:Saizo/Spark Knight/Polta should be 3 not 4. Same with Death Driger. For WD attack purposes, just my opinion. In my experience WD Attack is awful RE: Beyblade Tier List - Train - May. 31, 2008 Kei Wrote:Train Wrote:Saizo/Spark Knight/Polta should be 3 not 4. Same with Death Driger. For WD attack purposes, just my opinion. I've used it with a sub-standard AR and WD for it and I found it's quite good for just pure attacking. I was basically just using Roller attacker with a 10 wide. Worked okay for me. Quick edit: Okay that kinda just got shot to hell the AR cracked from the power of my shot against my Sea Dragon.^^;; RE: Beyblade Tier List - bugturtles - May. 31, 2008 Kei Wrote:Train Wrote:Saizo/Spark Knight/Polta should be 3 not 4. RE: Beyblade Tier List - Bey Brad - May. 31, 2008 Train Wrote:Saizo/Spark Knight/Polta should be 3 not 4. Same with Death Driger. For WD attack purposes, just my opinion. If we start to dilute the meaning of what constitutes usefulness, the tier system itself becomes useless. |
