Many people in the top 50 of the burst standard rankings have not played in years but that factor should not diminish their accomplishments.

Of course but once they are considered retired they should be off the current rankings, but stay all time

He has played a huge role in a lot of Florida tourneys. It really hasn’t been that long since he “retired”, and I’m pretty sure he’s going to start playing again, even if it’s every so often. If you quit, you’d want your legacy to live on, right?
