Dimension mode change - MrMister - Nov. 04, 2021

I know how to change the height, but isn't there another thing you can change? I can't figure it out. Isn't there an attack mode?

Edit: I'm asking how to change it. Sorry, didn't make that clear-

With Dimension, I believe the controllable parts are the height and the tip. There are about 3 height combinations and two tip combinations. There's a sharp tip in the middle which alternately is present or absent.

Oh. Well I guess I don't know how to change the tip combination.

Dimensions got 6 modes.
There’s technically 3 modes, but each of those 3 contains 2 more.
From your first post I assume you know how to change the height.
I don’t have dimension with me at the moment, but when you switch heights there should be a small (very small) rubber tip pointing out. When the 2nd ring surrounding that point makes the tip flat, that’s the attack mode. When the top is is exposed and the tip of the driver is not flat that’s the “balance mode” though the “balance” mode is more like a bad attack mode that wears down and can go to the center every so often.
Both the attack and “balance” mode can be changed within each height.

is weight also one?

RE: Dimension mode change - Beybladedb - Nov. 04, 2021

two knobs on either side of the tip hold both and turn to one side then it will change

I guess I have a faulty tip then.

Go to the link DeceasedCrab posted, and rethink what you posted.

Man, this thread is like watching this skit: https://youtu.be/kTcRRaXV-fg

Just to clarify as I also didn't really get how Dimension worked until recently, and I see why you might be taking the replies the wrong way (just seems like miscommunication on both sides that someone needs to clear up and we can all get along).
What Rogueblader is trying to say is that the tip mode change happens by itself as part of adjusting the height - while you screw it to adjust the height, at various points in the rotation used to adjust the height, the tip pokes in or retracts, if that makes sense?
Maybe that also explains why it's hard for people to answer without sounding like they're just repeating themselves because what they're saying is accurate - you don't actually do anything additional to change that mode.

Rogueblader, thanks for providing a factual answer to the question, I hope this also explains why MrMister might have taken it the wrong way. Can we all agree to get along?

I'm sorry. I have no excuse. It's hard to understand the emotion behind replies, I guess. And I got bad vibes from one of your previous posts, just like you two got with mine. You and I had a disagreement in the past, and I guess I hadn't gotten over it at that point, which is very childish of me. Maybe we don't agree, but you still deserve my respect. So whatever man, don't take what I said personally.

Yeah. That makes sense now, so I guess I just have a faulty tip then. It does not do that correctly.
