Yep, I think so. It's up to you whether you wanna put a Disc or a Driver.

So here's my entry it's Hero Hercules the DB Evo of Archer Hercules. Just like Archer, Hero has tabs that open creating owd but Hero has four of them giving it a bit if extra weight. Haven't come up with any other parts but I do like the idea of Hero having the 0 armor

I think you can add in that extra bit of yellow/brown cuz too much other colours, however its great!

Is there any difference between this and the original (except for the DB system)? It looks kinda the same to me. I think it needs to be different and have new gimmicks.

It's purple parts are hard rubber while the chip is almost wholly metal

Alta, would I be able to do salamander evo. It has a hasbro evolution but no official takara tomy evolution. Also it’s hypersphere so it does not really have real parts.

"Design must be based on an existing Beyblade Burst top that has only a single evolution, something like Evil-eye for example has two evolutions and would not qualify, also must not have a Hasbro evolution, such as Inferno Salamander."

Having a stronger spring won't help with going into low mode. 
If you say Generate+ then it still won't work as the + chip has to go onto Generate, I don't know how you would make it low mode compatible
