Can anyone tell me if this is legitimate? They told me they don’t have the certificate of authenticity which is a red flag. But I also don’t expect there to be a fake of these. Unless the guy just does not have the item. Please let me know your thoughts

I'm trying to understand a bit more about purchasing legitimate burst beys. I know to trust only hasbro or takara tomy for authentic products. My question is I'm on beys and bricks looking at a few different ones and I notice some of them say NWOP so what exactly does this mean? Will I get any sort of original box or just a beyblade in a standard shipping box? Can I feel safe in making a legitimate purchase if its labeled as takara tomy NWOP? What are a couple of your most trusted places to buy beyblades besides beys and bricks

Beys and bricks Nwop means new without packaging and is real I got a tempest dragon and helios volcano as nwop and they were Takara Tomy.

Dynamite Belial is decent too

I see. If you’re really wanting a Beyblade that can compete with the latest ones, this combo will probably not do. I recommend buying a Rage Longinus from a reliable seller on EBay, or from MallOfToys or Four Gaming. You’ll find that it does pretty well as a stock combo against other beyblades it goes up against.

Which one is the best to buy?

I feel the best way to answer this question is to first know your current Takara Tomy Beyblades before choosing one you should get. What Takara Tomy Beyblades do you currently have?

Out of all those options I'd go with Lucifer the End due to Drift.

Vanish Fafnir is also a decent choice.

Deathscyther and Dragoon really aren't that bad though. (Dragoon layer sucks though.)

Yeah, I see. I just don't really think random boosters would help him/her in tournaments. If you don't have rage or world, I say start there.
