I say there shouldn't be much of a difference as there all tournament legal but for some reason testing without a bb-10 seems frowned upon for some unknown reason

The Super Attack Type BeyStadium hinders the Beyblades' movement a lot. I wrote an article for that stadium on Beywiki and it explains everything: http://wiki.worldbeyblade.org/index.php?title=BeyStadium_Super_Attack_Type

The Wide Stadium for Burst, from what I understand, makes for weird and long battles, since Burst Beyblades already have little stamina, so they cannot really afford to take even longer to reach other or something like that. Plus, we never do battles with anything other than two Bladers and our events are far from reaching so many participants that we need to start doing it. Because that is what TAKARA-TOMY is using it for in their tournaments: drastically reduce the number of players moving on to the next stage, by taking only one winner from each stadium of three Bladers.

Try getting the Super Control Stadium. It's a legal stadium, and should be cheaper than a BB-10.

That's what I have to spend on Beys at the moment, and don't want to spend it on something bad.
I was thinking of buying victory valkyrie and unlock unicorn. What do you guys think?

V2 is decent. Pretty sure the Layer (V2) is good for Smash Attack/KOing. Other than that, the other parts aren't great. There is also no testings on U2, but the Layer doesn't seem too great, but not sure what to think of the Disk.

Dark DeathScyther is good for Defense and destabilizing, and Rising Ragnaruk has top tier parts (Gravity and Revolve). Rising Ragnaruk is a good choice.

Thanks Kai-V but I found the solo Beyblade for 680 yen after searching for a while. Is MailOrderJapan the cheapest middleman out there? I've used it before but I had to pay $30 more than what I won.

Put aside Trans, everything in the set is pretty mediocre: good, but not particularly better than other options. It's definitely not the most necessary thing in the world, but I think it's honestly just cool to have because of the recolors, the reinforced Valkyrie and Nova Neptune, which seems to have pretty solid raw defense.

Hm, about half of the top-tier parts come from some of the first products, so those might be difficult to find at good prices, but otherwise you can probably get at least one good combination without buying too many different Beyblades. Check out the "What to buy in Beyblade Burst" topic inside the Beyblade General forum to see what is required.

Poison Zirafa S130MB:- (well basicly for MB and S130 lol
Gladiator Bahamadia SP230GF:- (well it seem mostly useless but it have pretty useful part. Bamadia can be used wirh Bahamadia Dragoon BD145RF combo lol. GF is great for spin stealer and trust me its monster in Zero-G stadium. Just destroy everything in ZRG stadium)
Plantom Orion BD:- (lol do i need to explain?)
Sprial Capricorn 90MF:- (for MF and Spiral is great for attack in LTD
Vulcan Tempo BD145RS:- (i think getting this over normal horusus it will better. Vulcan is GOD-TIER for attack in LTD)
Flash Sagiterio 230WD:- well you have Wyvang but flash is also very good. Esspecially when Wyvang is so expencive and wears fast
Ray Gil:- For RSF
Diablo Nemisis XD:- Diablo is great for Anti Attack
Dark Cancer CH120FS:- Cancer is one of best CW for stamina and CH120
