Kreis Cygnus is really useless, as Cygnus can have other substitutes and WD is common.

You don't really need either, with the stuff you have. 7 definitely has better parts though.

Depending on how worn the RF & L2F(?) tips are on the used beys, those might be a better purchase than a random booster. Nothing else from either of those Beyblades can be used competitively, so it all depends on the preformance tip condtion.

Ronin Dragooon, definetely(dont know how to spell XD) comes with Dragoon, SA165, and WSF, an OK Sway Attack Tip. Begirados comes with Begirados, a less free spinning F230, and a TB.

If I'm not mistaken, WSF isn't actually used for sway attack, but sway defense. I may be wrong though.

Actually, WSF is pretty bad in ZG. In BB-10 it's decent for attack. BSF is sway defense, btw.

To hold your Beys?

Honestly, a tackle box does a better job than the Beylocker or Beycarrier, plus its much cheaper and has more space, so I recommend just getting a clear tackle box.

LMAO is right, not to mention a generic tackle-box is probably cheaper than the carrier or locker.
Specifically, the Bey-Locker is usually $12-15, the Bey-Carrier's price varies from what I have seen, and the tackle-box I purchased from Walmart was only $9.00, and holds about 15-20 beys, with 2 grips+launchers, and some spare accessories/parts.
