I believe the Legends Festival did do this, did it not? Extended the time till Hyuga and Hikaru vs Lain, and Shu vs Lain was also heavily delayed. In fact that was Shu's only win during the season. So I don't think Shu's win against Aiger supports him being stronger than Valt given that Valt defeated an even stronger blader than Aiger two episodes later. RE: Beyblade Burst Sparking Anime/Manga - Zeutron - Nov. 14, 2020 (Nov. 13, 2020 8:58 PM)Isaiah.burley Wrote:Strength is defined by how strong a blader is at various intervals through the series or particular moments, not their record and their feats, kinda obvious. Free vs Aiga isn’t valid because I was talking about their strength in sparking, not s3 and when I brought up s2 I was talking about how Shu and Valt were stronger in that specific season. Another thing, is that while Valt did rely on Cuza, he got stronger during the competition itself, like when reboot got destroyed prompting him to get a new drive or when he got the strike god chip. I know you never said free coincidentally lost to an injury but what else were you supposed to mean? I was trying to say that Free couldn’t win that battle since his arm was guaranteed to break due to his new blading style, but if we count it as Valt getting lucky then it would be considered a matter of probability and chance making in a coincidence but that’s definitely not the case. There is not outcome where Free would have won that, that’s like saying you would beat me in a race had you not taken a dangerous shortcut by running across the highway.(Nov. 13, 2020 6:20 PM)Zeutron Wrote: Saying Shu and Valt were intended to be the best doesn’t prove your point seeing as they were the best in s2. Free didn’t just coincidentally injure himself, he injured himself because he was trying way too hard, it was inevitable. The only way it wouldn’t have happened is if he wasn’t trying so hard but then Valt would simply overpower him. Valt and Shu were definitely better and there was no reason for Free to be better by the end. Also saying Free is better just because Aiga hasn’t scored a point on him isnt valid as that that was two seasons ago. This is just total bias at this point. He is unimportant these days and while he is definitely strong, he is nowhere near where you claim he is seeing as he is just a recurring character.Bro you’re clearly just saying stuff atp. I never said Free coincidentally injured himself, but it shouldn’t even matter how he did an injury is an injury. Also Shu and Free were the top 2 strongest in Evo as Free only lost once and Shu twice. Valt was lucky to even make it to the finals as he relied in Cuza then a Free injury. Also how are you going to tell me Free vs Aiga isn’t valid but you’re bringing up S2? |
