I selected the first theme because of it’s meaning. It says come home soon in the first line just like how Athena wants Lane to come back to her, so yeah the meaning resonates perfectly with what Athena wants. As I said, you want menacing, but the theme calls for something rather triumphant. Megalovania doesn’t fit the theme of the music for both you and DeltaZakuro as it’s rather a hype song.

To me, it is. But there are other variations, like the Homestuck version (MeGaLoVania) and other remixes that could fit the bill of "menacing".

I was only suggesting Megalovania because to me, it fits the description. But everyone has their preferences. I guess it's just up to DeltaZakuro what they like better.
