Random Booster 12 is probably the rarest and most expensive of all the booster packs. It has 4 very rare and hard to finds blades: Apollon, Thunder Pegasus, Poseidon and Venus.
P.S.: ''NIB'' means ''New in Box''. It is a term usually referred to unused and unopened beyblades

It was updated quite a few times IIRC, I rifled through it and the prices seem reasonable, but if you're planning to buy a specific item I would go to the Plastics&HMS sub-forum, mention the bey & its condition and ask for a price, just to be on the safe side. Prices go up & down and I don't know when this OP was updated the last time.
