Loblaws stores in Canada have Metal Fusion in stock for $6.99 CAD.
Dominion, Zehrs, Foodland, Save Easy, No Frills and a few others. I work at a Dominion location in Newfoundland and the selection here is massive!

Costco is a really known centre where you can buy basically too much of each thing. A bottle of olives, for instance, will be at least two times bigger than a normal one. As far as I know they have no toys like Beyblades, but they used to be FisherPrice if I remember correctly.

hum actually, they sell some for a short lap of time. it's kinda true that they give more. i bought my super vortex with a bonus of flame sagittario dark wolf and a launchergrip. when I returned several weeks later, all the packs were sold out. I guess it is a costco exclusive limited sale. from what i remember, the price was the same as the normal package
