Just got full refund, seems like its a scammer, that's why the user has been removed by Ebay

Yup, that's how it usually works. These accounts post fake listings, cash out, and then get banned by eBay after they have been reported.

Beware of a lot sold by seller misav_31. He listed it for $250, canceled my order saying it wasn’t supposed to have free shipping, then relisted it for $500 with free shipping...
