The Nightmare Begins
I carried the flag on my shoulder as we walked down the hallway leading to the stadium. "You guys ready?" I ask. "Yeah." Alfred says. Karan nods in agreement. I turn around. "Alright guys." I say. "We need to get our game on..." I let my voice trail off as I stare at silhouettes running down the hall. "Yo! Wait up!" One of them shouts. It's Gilbert. "Guys!" Alfred shouts. They stop in front of us.
It's Gilbert, Elizabeta, D.J., and Taylor. "Taylor..." I mumble. She runs over and hugs me. "You have to win." She says and lets go of me. "I will. I swear." I respond. We start walking away. "Good luck!" They shout. "Yo! Wait up!" Gilbert says. I turn around and he throws me something. I catch it and look at the object. "Gilbert's Iron Cross..." I think. I nod and we start walking towards the light.
The crowd roars. "Let's do this thing!" I say. "I got the first battle." Alfred says. I hand him the flag and he runs down to the stadium. He puts it in the flag holder. Natalia walks down, too. She shows her bey. Kreis Cygnus 145WD. She the takes out her launcher and readies it. "Bring it!" Alfred says and readies his bey. Natalia snarls.
"Bladers ready!" The ref shouts. "3! 2! 1!" We all exclaim. "GO SHOOT!" Alfred and Natalia shout as they launch their beys. Cygnus goes for the middle of the stadium. "GO BYXIS!" Alfred shouts. Byxis goes in to hit Cygnus. Natalia moves her hand in a circular motion. Byxis smacks into Cygnus, but is spun around. Byxis smashes into the other side of the stadium. "What the!?" Alfred exclaims.
"Special move." Natalia says. "Cygnus Crusher." Cygnus is covered by a blue glow. Then is surrounded by water. It heads straight for Byxis. "Get out of there, Byxis!" Alfred shouts. Byxis starts moving away, but Cygnus follows. Cygnus catches up to Byxis and slams into him. I can hear the water cutting into the wheel. "Man." I think. "These Russian's aren't playing." I stare into the cold eyes of Ivan. He smirks. "I am so dead." I think.

Appearance: He has short, brown hair and midnight-bue eyes. He wears a black t-shirt with the face of Tempus on it, a silver jacket, black skinny jeans, and sliver and black sneakers. He also wears a pair of sliver beats around his neck.
Personality: He is much like his father. He protects his friends and anyone in danger. He is the coolest kid in his town and at his school. He has never lost a battle with Tempus. He is the number 2 blader in America, after his father. He stays calm and gets angry only when he needs to. He can bend and stop time.

Name: Peter Jones

Special Move (For now): Ocean Blade Crusher
Appearance: He has blond hair, blue eyes, and thick eyebrows. He wears a white sailor shirt with a blue collar, a blue neck tie, a matching hat, and blue capri pants, as well as white knee-high socks and black Mary Jane shoes.
Personality: Just like his father, Alfred Jones, he believes he is a hero. People consider him to be "made of steel" because he is amazingly strong and never backs down from a fight, but he can crack under tons of pressure. Even for his young age, he has become the number 4 blader in America. He enjoys battling with Z, although he always loses. He can bend water, ice, and other liquids.

Appearance: She has long, brown hair with a flower in it and brown eyes. She wears a bright pink colored qipao with gold trim and long, flowing sleeves, and a long white skirt. She also has on simple dress shoes.
Personality: She talks to Z and the other over video chat. She plans to meet him soon. She enjoys training with her father, Yao Wang. She is the number 2 blader in China and is a master of karate. She is very nice and quiet. She enjoys hanging out with Z and his other friends. She loves to battle. Although she is quite playful, she gets very serious in battle. She loves pandas and kitties. She can bend fire, like her father. (Note: That is a hint for later in Beyblade: Through Out the World.)

Personality: He moved to America when he was 10. He is a very happy, lucky, Polish boy. His family has money issues, so he uses his luck to his, and his friends', advantages. He used to be the number one blader in Poland. He used to steal from other people, but that all changed when he met Z and the others. He is super strong and can bend rock, steal, and other metals.

Appearance: She has long, brown hair, tied up in a bow, like her mother's hair, and violet eyes, like her father's eyes. She wears a long-sleeved, deep red, pink striped dress and brown shoes.
Personality: She is very loveable and quiet. She doesn't talk much and always obeys what she is told. She is very loyal to Austria and has become the number 2 blader, taking down her mother. She loves to battle and video chat with Z and his friends. She has yet to meet them in person. She can bend air and other gasses.

The Dragon's Rage
"GO BYXIS!" Shouted a beat up and bruised Alfred. "We have to win!" He shouts. Byxis is throwing weak attacks at Natalia's bey, Kreis Cygnus. She acts like nothing is happening. "Finish him already, Natalia!" Ivan shouts. Natalia looks back and snarls, like she doesn't agree. "NOW!" He shouts. Natalia shakes her head. Alfred takes the chance. "BYXIS!" He shouts. Byxis hits Cygnus and starts pushing it back. Natalia fails to realize this is happening. "TURN AROUND YOU IDIOT!" Ivan shouts. She turns around to see what has happened. "Cygnus!" She shouts.
Cygnus powers up. "What the?" Alfred mumbles. "Special move!" Natalia shouts. "Cygnus Crusher V2!" Cygnus lets out this blast of energy. Alfred is blown back. "Alfred!" I shout. He slams into the wall beside us. He flinches. "No! Alfred!" A similar voice shouts. He opens his eyes. He stands up and turns to the crowd. There stands Jynx. "You promised! You would get me back! You can't get hurt now! GO FOR IT!" He shouts. Alfred turns around. "BYXIS!" He shouts and runs back to the stadium.
Cygnus is still powering up it's special move. "SPECIAL MOVE!" Alfred shouts. "COMPASS OF FATE!" Byxis powers up and lets out it's blast of energy. Cygnus does the same. The biggest explosion happens. I hear the flag poll for the American flag crack. "No!" I shout. The smoke clears. There is Alfred. Standing with his arms raised in the air. Holding the flag. There is Natalia. Out cold and lying on the ground. A destroyed Cygnus lands beside her. "A true American will never, and I mean NEVER, let the flag touch the ground."
He reattaches the flag pole, catches Byxis, and walks away. The crowd roars. he gets back to the stadium and we both hug him. "That was awesome!" Karan says. "It's your turn, buddy." Alfred says to Karan. He suddenly gets serious and looks to Jake. "I'll get him back." He says to me. I nod. I look up to the torn Russian flag. "They're getting weaker." I think. "Go Karan!" I shout.
Everything goes silent for me. All I hear is Karan ripping L-Drago. I can hear my heart beat. Then I hear it. The beys collide. "What you did to Shawn is unforgivable!" Karan shouts at Jake, who is not fazed by this at all. I stare into Jake's eyes. "That can't be Jake..." I think. "Jake has blue eyes. This one has red eyes. Like the other two." I continue thinking, then it hits me.
Karan unleashes his special move. It's powered up. He's very mad. "L-DRAGO! DESTROY HIM!" That's when the Gates of Hades appear. "Special Move." Jake says, bluntly. "Kerbecs Hades Destruction." The gates open. The crowd goes silent. The beast of Kerbecs appears and chains come out. The chains grab L-Drago and Karan, and like that, they are gone. "NO!" I shout. "This can't be happening!" I think. Alfred falls to his knees, and so do I. I stare at Alfred. "Karan is... Dead..." I say.

Appearance: He is a short young man with brown hair (in a chin-length bob cut) and red (normally green) eyes. He wears a green jacket, brown pants, and a white hat, and is often seen having a rifle slung over his shoulder. (The rifle is his launcher.)
Personality: He used to love being with his family until one day, he disappeared. After that, he became a cruel, mean, and cold blader. He'd crush his opponent's bey if they lost. He's become the number 3 blader in Austria. He used to train with his parents, but he was kid napped by an evil scientist. He turned poor Vash into the monster he is now. He can bend lightning.

Appearance: She has shaggy strawberry blond hair, red eyes, a small pearl-like earring on her left ear, and two fangs on each side of her mouth. (She's a vampire.) She wears a black trench coat, black trousers, black top hat, white scarf (to hide her teeth), and black boots. (No, she doesn't need sunglasses. She can go outside durring the day and be fine.)
Personality: She is usually very nice, unless you tick her off. She is the number one blader in Romania. The only person who knows about her vampire side is Vash, who is her boyfriend. She is very nice, sweet, and quiet. She went insane when she saw her parents get shot. She vowed to beat everyone who stepped in her path. One day, the evil scientist that took Vash and corrupted him, got her and corrupted her mind, too. She will cut herself for fun, enjoys destroying beys, and will suck your blood if you get her VERY mad. She usually sucks blood out of animals. She can bend blood.

Enter! The Gates of Hell!
"L-Drago!" I shouted. I couldn't break free from the chains surrounding me. Each time I struggled, they got tighter. I could hear L-Drago's roar. "L-Drago!" I shouted into the black darkness. "I'm Here! You'll be ok!" I continued pulling at the chains. It didn't matter how painful it was. I could take the pain. "I will win..." I thought. "I promised Shawn and Alfred." A pain shot through my chest. It mad me sad. "Are they ok?" I thought. Then I got mad. "I must get out of here!" The orange aura surrounds me. "GAH!!!" I shouted and broke the chains.
A laugh came from out of the darkness. An evil one. Jake appears. "So, you've broken free?" He says, smirking. "You're too late." He says and points to Kerbecs attacking L-Drago. Another pain shoots through me. "I won't forgive you..." I mumble. "You what?" he says, evilly smiling. "I WON'T FORGIVE YOU!" I shout and run at him. "Such a bother." A chain comes out of nowhere and tries to grab my leg. I jump out of the way, but it continues chasing me.
"It's like heat seeking!" I think. I look to L-Drago in pain. "I got it!" I think and jump in front of Jake. "What the?!" He says as the chain whips him into the ground and disappears. I jump down to him. "I WON'T FORGIVE YOU!" I shout and punch him in the chest. He coughs up blood. His eyes turn back to blue. "Huh?.." He mumbles and sits up. "Where am I?..." He asks. "Karan?" I stand there. I stare at him and then turn away. "GO L-DRAGO!" I shout and L-Drago breaks free from Kerbecs. He then starts attacking Kerbecs.
"FINISH HIM!" L-Drago shoots fire at Kerbecs and then comes to me. I hop on him and he soars into the air. "We need to find the gates!" I shout. But then, a chain comes out of nowhere and grabs us. It throws us down and we hit the ground, hard. Another shock of pain goes through me. I set up and stare into the eyes of Kerbecs. I look up to see Jake standing on top of one of the heads.
"We aren't done, Karan." he says. He still has blood dripping from his mouth. "Alright L-Drago." I say. "Time to show him true blader spirit." L-Drago lets out a roar. I hop on his back. "Let's go!' I shout. "GO KERBECS! CHAIN FURY!" Jake exclaims and hundreds, maybe even thousands, of chains come from the ground and try attacking us. We dodge them with ease and go for Kerbecs. A flame surrounds L-Drago and I as we gain speed. "What you did to Shawn is unforgivable!' I exclaim as L-Drago goes in for the kill. "Now! It's time to taste true blader's spirit!!!" L-Drago lets out a roar. Jake screams. "GET OUT OF THERE!" He exclaims, but Kerbecs is too afraid to move. "SPECIAL MOVE!" I shout. "DRAGON SUPREME METEOR BLAST!"
It makes contact with Kerbecs and a big explosion occurs. I ride out of hell on L-Drago and return to where I was standing in the stadium. L-Drago is piercing into Kerbecs with each hit. "FINISH HIM!" I shout as L-Drago sets on fire. "KERBECS!" Jake shouts. Even in real life, he has blood dripping from his mouth. "Karan!" I hear my team shout. The other teams are ecstatic. "END IT NOW!" I shout. Another explosion. I hear the Russian flag pole crack. The smoke clears, Jake has the flag, but in the middle of the stadium are two worn out beys. Not spinning.
I run down to get L-Drago. Jake runs down to get Kerbecs. I get there and look at L-Drago. He's perfectly fine. No scratches. Nothing. Unlike Kerbecs, who is about to fall apart. Jake picks it up and tears start coming down his face. "I'm so sorry Kerbecs..." He says. "I didn't mean to work you so badly..." I stare at him. "That was a great battle, Jake." I say and put of a fist. "Brofist?" I ask. He nods. "Brofist." He says and puts out his fist.
I walk back to the stand. I fall down into the seats we have. "Good luck in the finals, Shawn." I say. He looks to Ivan. I do, too. His eyes are cold and unforgiving. Like a snake. He takes out Nemesis and puts it in the air. "This is Russia's only hope!" He shouts. The crowd roars. Nemesis has a purple aura. It then surrounds Ivan. "I'm totally gonna need luck." Shawn says.
