If you organize 5 tournaments, participate in all of them and come in 1st place constantly, you get it in no time.
Then again, that is damn hard.

Actually, it would only take 3 wins (assuming that in winning you win more than half your matches) at self-organised tourneys and then only winning the majority of your matches in a fourth, which could be organised by anyone. You could obviously mix it up, but yeah. Tourney win (whilst winning more than half your battles) at a tourney you organise = 6 credits.
Otherwise, assuming a win also means you won more than half your matches, it's 4 tournies it 5 faces a tourney.

For most people, getting 20 credits will take the better part of a year. Go to 1 tournament a month, win the majority of your matches half the time, and get lucky a couple of times to place in the top 3 and then you're there.

its like my first year and i won already a couple of tourneys so yah
i have 17 credits right now and i have i think 8 or more credits unprocessed so yah my goal for that mars red grip is almost there

i bought a mercury anubis since it comes with all 10 levels for my beypoint card and i need a XF and 85 and looks cool
