This is usually the case with pre-ordering, but with games that are not pre-ordered....

The game should always come with Quetzalcoatl. I have not seen a warning that only the first X games would be packed with it.
Its cost is 5775 yen, officially, tax included. Of course, some shops will offer it for less.

Iirc, they're all english sites. Though you can prolly get in frm TRSJ and YJA, I haven't checked as I don't have a MOJ account.
