Perhaps. I really dont know where they are going with the plot; so i am not sure. I think it would be a waste of space of new releases

Here's to hoping that if he does come back alongside the Asahi bros (who have a pretty high chance at returning since ya know, previous protag status), they treat him better than they did in Sparking. It feels like they're erasing his existence from canon bit by bit; he doesn't even have the champion title anymore.
And I also hope they bring back Drum; I really enjoyed his character last season and it'd be nice to see a bit more of him.

Exactly. Heck, Catgirl gives me that 'I don't give a carp' vibe from her pose on the manga poster, so I wouldn't be surprised if she doesn't interact a lot with Bell in the first place. I could see her thinking of him as a rival later on tho, maybe after she loses a battle against him or something.

As of now, I do. IMO World is one of the prettiest Bey designs in the whole franchise, but I miiiiiight change my mind when the images of the actual product drop.
Edit: Saw the images, and yeah, World still looks better. That's not to say Astral isn't good, it just lacks...something in its design that World doesn't.

So I noticed something about Shu’s apprentices. Any apprentice Shu has had has emerged from training as a blader with a defense type. Fubuki with Forneus and Lain with Lucius. If catgirl is an apprentice, I have a hunch she will have a defense type. If all of this happens, we will have the following bladers by type:
Attack: (Bell, Valt/ Rashad, Lui) (3)
Defense: (Basara, ???) (2)
Stamina: (Ranzo, Free) (2)
Balance: (Shu) (1)
Now compare this to the past two seasons
Rise:
Attack: (Dante, Valt, Lodin, Arthur) (4)
Defense: (Arman, Blindt, Gwyn (3)
Stamina: (Fumiya, Pheng) (2)
Balance: (Delta, Joe, Aiger) (3)
Surge:
Attack: (Hyuga, Dante, Valt, Lui) (4) (Daigo was manga exclusive so he doesn’t count)
Defense: (Silas, Lain, Wakiya) (3)
Stamina: (Rantaro/ Ranjiro, Free) (2)
Balance: (Hikaru, Shu, Aiger) (3) (Delta was manga exclusive so he doesn’t count)
The pattern has shown that we usually get 4 attack, 3 defense, 2 stamina, and 3 balance.
If this is true, then here what I think will make sense as the final chart
Attack: the final 2 should be Dante and Hyuga as they are past protagonists
Defense: Wakiya is already back in the anime so he is an obvious choice for the last slot
Balance: Hikaru and Aiger would make sense just like Dante and Hyuga.
I’m not saying this will happen. But it would align with the trend very well

I said Defense because usually Shu has always trained people with a defense type. And assuming cat girl is also one, then as I said above. Valt and Rashad share a slot because they both have a Valtryek

If the catgirl is Shu’s disciple, a defense type would make sense because look at Fubuki and Lain
