MF Meteo L Drago 100RF (very good, but Gravity is better)
Defense: MF Earth Bull R145WB (good, get Flame Byxis/Earth Virgo and Ray Unicorno/Ray Gil/Grand Ketos and make MF Earth Bull 230/GB145CS/RSF/RS)
Stamina: Earth Bull 100/AD145WD (top tier)

No. The best attack combo you can make is Cyber Pegasis uncustomized, which is horrible.
