It isn't banned by the WBBA, you can use Libra in their tournaments but you can't use MF.

This is such an awesome set. Definitely getting this, though I probably won't be using the Libra Wheel at all.

Totally getting this although the libra and pegasis wheels will probably go unused since i've already got ones of those that I use. Man Pegasis looks awesome.

I think the filled parts might decrease the Flywheel Effect slightly, but otherwise it still seems good.
