well as everyone knows mumbai had its 1st tourney last month!!!it was a great fun with bit of mess(because of me...sorry for that)
But this time we'l do everything better..!!

Mumbai is on the way to have its 2nd tourney celebrating X-mas..!!!

@nik1393 Just hope your planning is good enough so that this tournament is approved. Since SAM10795 is not around this time it should me more tough to get it approved. Also I would like to know weather you have an MFB Attack Stadium.

The only person with stadium is Nitro...I will try my best to convince my parents though...but me coming is not likely at all so please dont include me in any of the lists

Nitro will come if we get 8 confirm...
And if not we'l ask him whether we can borrow his stadium for tourney

nik - As i told you i don't know whether i am free or going to some holidays after my exams , it would be decided in December only & don't make any proposals now if you are depending on me for the stadium , also there must be strict rules enforced against members like Nikken , who come , play & then don't pay the fees
Anyway so i am not certain about anything right now & again prizes are another thing most of the people are interested in , last tourney was a debacle since we wont be getting any faces to on our wins , sad to say even if nik1392 your matches are not counted , me n janstarblast will not get a 3rd place face & sam & ashton wont get any faces , kai-v told this to me via pm when i last contacted her

Oh man...no faces....that's really bad....anyways lets forget the past because mistakes are to learn from....about nickien I am still not sure if I have got the payment but its 85% possibility that I haven't recived it .. I last checked on 7 Nov. nik's matches not counted is again a problem but getting back now...this time nikhil I feel we better postpone it if Nitro cant come...there is no point to even propose one if you dont have a stadium...or else it may end up into a bad one once again.

Yup...i had talk with nitro today...if not in december we'l make it in 1st or 2nd week of january
Also about the stadium and prizes we have problem so im thinkin of solving it together...for this tourney all 8 participants(mayb more than8) will pay 100rs extra for prize and the prize will be beystadium only...it will be a common stadium for mumbai tourney...any one who is sure about attending future tourneys will carry this stadium....so is it fine if we do it like this??

Actually we dont need to...that is what I think because a community beystadium will again bring with it problems like...what if it gets scratches...what if it breaks...and so on...so that as per me is not a good idea.
Secondly...I was aiming for rectifying our mistakes first and so we better get someone to prepare a list of all the rules and with that Do's and Dont's during a tourney....starting from the minutest things like facebolts.
Thirdly...my both tourneys have been problematic...in one I forgot to take pics and in the second this launcher problem so now I know better how to effectively host one...without making anymore mistakes so next time onwards I am going to keep the rulebook with me and we will devote one hour to checking parts and that too thoroughly. That being done...prizes dont matter a lot...that again is my point of view so majority decides...thirdly...we better keep the number limited and only get regular members for our matches during first few tourneys...after that we'll have enough experience.
Finally to say...I was planning to hold 2-3 tourneys per month in summer...I dont know if it is possible for me or others but yeah...high aims dont do anything wrong...so lets hope to get a few(2-3) more before a mojor tourney for beydays.

Totally agree with the thing of rulebook and other minute things....and about stadium...from mumbai only nitro has stadium....and i dont think anyone would buy it seperatly now...so its better to have a common one...and about scratches and breaking issues....at first members like nitro n janstarblast,me will carry it and after few tourneys we'l decide by asking everyone...common stadium will also reduce the cost per person rather than buying it separatly...lets see opinion majority of people

Well, the idea is a good one, but has its pros and cons. It carries a lot of responsibility.
I was told that I will have to buy the stadium after the tourney is over. But, I actually do not have PayPal or something... So, I can't do it.
Also, its sad to know that there will be no faces...
As it is I wasn't gonna get any!

So now we have 6 confirmed members, and one whole month to organize the event, and fetch more participants.
We may expect Abhicherath, considering he returned to the site. He was once amazingly active on the site, and wished to organize, host, and participate in a tourney. So, if he is reading this, he will come for sure(provided the date suits him)!
