Well the people who dont attend will get a 60-70% warning and then it will be a waste of the time of people but at the same time although it wont be official we can still have a mini-demo tourney...but that wil only happen if the required members dont come..that is unlikely.

Well, if they have a suitable reason of not being able to attend, they would be spared.
Also, I am emphasizing upon this again- PLEASE let me know of the date before proposing the event.

well my semister exams will start from 2nd nov and end up on 14th nov....so as i have said before 24 and 29 october are the only dates i can come

You mean you can come between 24th and 29th or at a date other than those between 24th and 29th..because I am free only from 24th to 30th..after that I have classes

Ok i am sorry for the late reply but the park that i choose for the location does not allow large group activities unless you take permission & that will be a tedious task with paperwork , possibly rent or something & since janstarblast was not allowed to go to National Park by his mom then i don't know any other parks , my house is not big to accommodate 8+ members so please check with your parents if national park is allowed or not , we wont go to much inside , we will find a place to blade nearby the entrance

And since most of the members are unavailable in November we have to do it on either 25th or 29th
24th is not considered since i have to make a proposal first & some members may have to book tickets n all for the bus or train journey from pune

Why does it have to be like this with Mumbai everytime? When location favours us...number wont and when number does..people wont...
Only if Jan was allowed to be in the National Park...BTW Nitro aren't there any other places where you could do this? I did it at my home and Electric did it at a park nearby..well but a beyblade tournament isnt necessarily a large group event..it is only a game...is that park closed to games too?

Apparently yes , i asked a guy at the park today , it is only for jogging , relaxing & non group yoga , they say if you are a group then you will take the area which maybe used by people & seeing how the area is i know for a fact they will ask for money , national park is the best place & we wont go inside too far too , we will find some place near the gate , other parks are too long in distance & close by 11 & then open after 4 pm , i don't think there is a public park nearby which is open all day , so national park is the best bet

Ok National Park it is , b4 making any event proposals i want to make it clear that
[ 1 ] I Am aiming for the event on 25th of October 2011 , if that does not happen if i am late in making the proposal then 29th October 2011
[ 2 ] Passport fee will be $ 10 & one time entry fee is $ 5 , the passport is yearly so i advice you to get that [ when the event proposal is confirmed after i submit it Samkul please buy a passport for your sister , i assume you already have it ]
Other people - when i will make the event proposal i will check the price of $ and give you the accurate rates so that you can properly bring the cash in Rs. & please bring change in notes and coins
[ 3 ] Beyblades - This will be a MFB [ beyblade metal fusion / metal masters / 4d ] Tourney , so Bring only [ Hasbro ( funskool ) , Takara Tomy or Sono Kong ] Beyblades other fakes will not be allowed , also HMS & Plastic series beys will not be allowed
[ 4 ] If anyone will sell any beyblades on the event day then only the seller / buyer will be responsible for any dealing operations like buy / sell / trade , if any problems occur then no one can blame me or anyone other who is not involved in your dealings
[ 5 ] Everyone is advised to bring spare change notes , coins & trust me you will have to bring that because you will be asked for change time & time again by hotels , bus people , taxi , rickshaw etc
[ 6 ] The park has 30 Rs. entry fee & we will not go far in the park as it is already weird climatic conditions here & the heat is too much after 11 so we cannot go venturing to explore the park , remember we are going for a beyblade tournament & most of us have exams coming in a short short time so we don't have extra time to goof off
[ 7 ] Everyone please co-operate & tell me what will be your schedule on the tournament day , that is how will you come , eat & how will you go
I Need confirmation of understanding on [ 1 ] to [ 6 ] & PM Me the reply on [ 7 ] as i want to make the event proposal by today night
This will also be PM'ed to members who are confirmed attendants

I Buy the passport for you once i receive the money at the venue , not the other way around , i don't get how you could think someone will buy a passport for you b4 you pay them for all anyone knows you wont come to the venue or the notes may be fake , of course i am not implying this to you , you was generally any person

Nitro Neo I think 1 PM for round robin format would be too late cause out of the previous two tournaments I attended the Round Robin ones that started at 11 AM and 12 PM ended at around
4 PM and 6 PM respectively so if the format is round robin it's better to have it a bit earlier.
On the other hand the Bangalore tournament(Block Round Robin) that started at 2:30 PM ended at around 5 so if the format is block round robin then having it at 1 would be fine if it's round robin there are chances of it not ending in time.

But then, if you have 2 stadiums and 2 judges, you can have 2 matches going on simultaneously (If you want the tournament to finish faster).

I'd get my stadium too so that we can do matches simultaneously with 2 judges around maybe..and my tourney was also round robin and it got wound up in 2 hours even if all used stamina types

OK, so that will be extremely great, SAM! Now, Nitro is probably the first judge, while you may volunteer to be the 2nd one! I may be the 3rd judge if there is a match between you and Nitro.
