Chapter 24:
The Legendary Bey of the Sun, Sol Blaze!
"Bladers ready!" The ref shouts. "3! 2! 1!" We all shout. "GO SHOOT!" Yao and I shout as we launch our beys. They clash in the middle of the stadium, causing an explosion. Eagle lands on my side of the stadium. "GO EAGLE!" I shout. Blaze is still in the middle of the stadium. Eagle lands an attack on him, but is blasted back. "Hmph." I mumble. I stare at Blaze's spin track as Eagle spins around the stadium. I notice something strage about it. "GO BLAZE!" Yao shouts. I see the spin track change and Blaze sets on fire. The crowd roars.
"GO GET HIM, ARU!" Yao shouts as Blaze comes for Eagle. He chases Eagle around, but is to fast for it. Blaze smashes into Eagle, throwing Eagle to the other side of the stadium. "EAGLE!" I shout. Blaze comes back and smashes into him again, throwing him into the air. Eagl lands in the middle of the stadium. Blaze goes in for the kill. I stare at Blaze. "I have a split second chance to dodge." I think. I keep watching it. "A few more seconds..." I think. I was so silent, I could hear my heart beat. Eagle can feel it, too. "NOW!" I shout. "DODGE EAGLE!" Eagle moves and Blaze misses by and inch. It crashes into my side of the stadium.
"GO EAGLE!" I shout. Eagle soars into the air. Blaze moved to the middle of the stadium. "SPECIAL MOVE!" I shout. "CROSS WIND DESTROYER!!!" Eagle is surrounded by a wall of wind. "Not so fast, aru!" Yao shouts. "SPECIAL MOVE! INFERNO SUN FLARE!" Eagle is still coming down when Blaze shoots up a huge blast of fire. Eagle gets caught in the fire and is shot down. It crashes into the stadium, hard. "No!" I shout. The flame gets bigger, and eventually fills the stadium. I take steps back.
Blaze is attacking Eagle, harshly. "Eagle!" I shout. "I can't lose now..." I think. "We're almost there..." The purple aura surrounds me. "OVER POWER HIM, EAGLE!" I shout. Eagle is surrounded in the purple aura. "SPECIAL MOVE!" I shout. "MEGA TORNADO BLASTER!" Eagle is surrounded by wind. He goes to the outside of the flames and spins around the stadium at high speed. "No, aru!" Yao shouts. Eagle creates a giant purple tornado, putting out the flames.
"H-how!?" Yao asks. "A flame can't burn in a vacume!" I respond. "So I made one!" I hear the other teams scream and shout in joy. "Now Eagle!" I shout. "Let's finish this!" Eagle goes in for the final blow. "No, aru!!!" Yao exclaims. "GO!!!' i shout. Eagle smashes into Blaze, blasting him into the air and out of the stadium. Blaze lands behind Yao, cutting his hair piece, and his hair falls down. Yao falls to his knees. "I-I..." He says to himself. "I let my country down, aru..." I catch Eagle and run over. "That was awesome Yao!" I say to him. He looks up as I put my hand out.
"Y-You really think I did good, aru?!" He asks, looking shocked. "Heck yeah!" I say. "You helped me learn a new move!" He smiles and picks up Blaze. He then takes my hand so I can help him up. "Thank you, aru." He says. "For what?" I ask. "For helping me realize that I didn't let them down, aru." He says, pointing to Wang and Daiyu. "I won't forget this battle." I say. "Neither shall I, aru." He says. We look to the crowd, waving. "We've made it to the simi-finals." I think. "Thank you, Yao. I learned a new move, just for the these next few battles."

Japan's Leader
Name: Kiku Honda (Male)
Age: 15
Appearance: He has jet-black hair and brown eyes. He wears a white naval suit with a black and gold collar, but he wears a pair of golden-colored epaulets. The front of the jacket also has what appear to be large, golden frog clasps holding it shut. He wears simple white pants and black dress shoes.
Personality: He is very calm and layed back. He doesn't get too serious when battling or in perticular. He enjoys "kitties" and manga. You can usually find him reading manga, drawing, or with his cat, Pochi.
Beyblade: Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF
Special Moves: Snake Eyes, Acient Rock Smash
Russia's Leader
Name: Ivan Braginski (Pronounced E-von, Male)
Age: 18
Appearance: he has silver-gray hair and purple eyes. He wears a long tan coat, brown trousers tucked into long boots, and a scarf. He also wears a medle on the coat in honor of his grand father.
Personality: He seems very nice, but in battle, he is very cruel. He will destroy the opponent's bey, until nothing is left. He can be very cold and mean when someone annoys or insults him. He is kind of a loner. He doesn't like people being around him, except when he battles. He is actually very nice, once you get to know him. (And you are on his good side.) He'll punch you in the face if you get his name wrong.

Just pointing out a little something I noticed. Try to use different words each time, or even cut out the dialogue tags. Sometimes, if it's just 2 people talking, there's no need since it's a given that once one talks, the other has to respond.

This seems to be a growing trend: authors putting descriptions in little notes but not in the actual stories. To me, this doesn't make a lot of sense. Why not just put it in there? It's a good writing skill to learn: how to bit by bit slowly describe something in little pieces here or there until you can get a picture of it. I don't know. I just don't get it.

I was going to put the descriptions in the story. Some people where pm'ing me stuff and asking about the leaders, so I gave them a little preview. Anyways, thanks for the tips.

I'm sorry, but I've been going through horrible things on YouTube with people who I thought were my friends. I'm back guys! Thanks for all of your concern! I've gotten pumped and with new ideas come new chapters! Here's the next chapter:
Chapter 25:
The Japanese Team
"So this is Japan!" I say to Karan and Alfred as we walked through the airport. Alfred nods in awe, but Karan stays quiet. It's very unusual. "Hmmm..." I mumble. Karan continues staring at the ground with an icy cold look. I can't take it. I turn around and punch Karan in the shoulder. He does nothing. "Karan!" I say. "What's wrong?!" He still doesn't respond. "Are you sick?!" Alfred asks. "No." He responds, bluntly. He looks up. His eyes widen in fear. "Huh?" I exclaim. He points to a young man with jet black hair and brown eyes.
He walks up. "Karan." He says. "It's been awhile." Karan looks scared. "K-Kiku..." He says, in shock. "You know him?" I ask. "Yeah." Karan responds. "Let's just say, he's a ghost from my past." Kiku chuckles. "I am the leader of The Japanese Team, Kiku Honda." He says and takes out his bey. "This is my partner, Death Quetzalcoatl 125RDF." He bows. Kiku was wearing a white naval suit with a black and gold collar, but he wears a pair of golden-colored epaulets. The front of the jacket appears to be large, golden frog clasps holding it shut. He also has on simple white pants and black dress shoes.
"I am Shawn Faircloth, leader of The American Team." I say and take out Eagle. "This is my partner, Duo Eagle SW145WD." Another boy comes up behind him. "Kiku! I lost Jo!" The boy says, panting. He looks at us. Then stares at Karan. "Karan! It's been a while!" He says, whiping the sweat off of his forehead. He introduces himself to us. "My name is Kouji Akamari." He says. "And this is my Beyblade, Thermal Pisces T125ES."
Kouji had golden-blonde hair pulled back into a braid, with his bangs parted so they fit on each side of his face, and a strand of hair sticking up. He also had green eyes. He was wearing a long, bright red, hooded cloak. He had a black shirt under the cloak and black trousers, along with bacl shoes. The final boy runs up behind him. "I'm here!" He shouts. He introduces himself. "I am Jo Jung-Lee!" He says, proudly. "This is my bey Burn Cancer 85RS."
Jo had super flat hair with a pony tail and hazel eyes. He had on over sized star-shaped sun glasses, a rainbow t-shirt, pink baggy pants, a Russian winter cap, and red high tops. Kiku and Kouji looked annoyed. Kiku turns to me. "Let me show you around." He says. "It is our duty to please our guests." He starts walking away and we follow. He leads us to the stadium we're battling in. We then part ways and go to our prep rooms.
"Alright guys!" I say. "We've made it to the Semi-Finals! We've got to do our best!" Alfred nods. Karan is staring off into space. "Karan!" I say. He jolts and then looks at me. "That means you, too." He nods, looking a little pale. "So, what is wrong with Kiku and Kouji?" I ask. "Well..." He says, letting his voice trail off. "It's a long story." I stare at him. "We've got all day." I say.

This chapter is told from Karan's point of veiw! (Important Flashback)
Chapter 26:
A Ghost From Karan's Past
"Back when we were little," I said to Alfred and Shawn. "We were the best of friends. We did everything together. Kiku, Kouji, and I. People said we were more like brothers. But then... It all changed." Their expressions change. "How?" Shawn asks. Alfred nods. "Yeah," He says. "How did it happen?" "Well..." I respond. "It all started when Kiku got Death Quetzalcoatl."
Flashback Starts
We were at the beach, having fun, battling, messing around. It began to get dark, so we spent the night under the stars. "Guys!" Kiku exclaimed. "The news said there would be a meteor shower tonight!" Kouji and I were excited. To pass the time, we went to battle at a stadium that was hidden, so only we knew about it. Back then, I just had a regular Light-Wheel bey. So did Kiku and Kouji. But that night... It all changed.
"Go!" I shouted as my bey hit Kiku's out. "No!" He exclaimed. "Look!" Kouji said and pointed into the sky. The meteor shower started. "Awesome!" Kiku and I said in awe. That's when I noticed three meteors coming down from the sky. Right towards us. "Guys! Look ou-" I shouted, but was cut off. The meteors hit us, but I felt no pain. I was surrounded by a glowing orange aura.
"What's going on?!" I thought. I looked around. It was like we were in another dimension. That's when I saw a dragon. The monster was coming straight for me. I let out a scream, in shock, but the dragon just circled around me. it didn't hurt me. Then all of the sudden, a Beyblade was in front of me. I stared at it. "Meteo L-Drago." I said and took it in my hands. I was sent back to the regular dimension. Kouji had Pisces. "Kouji!" I said. "You're ok!" He laughed. "I'm fine. But where's Kiku?" We panicked and looked around.
"Kiku!" We shouted as we looked. Then we heard it. A weak voice calling out for us. We followed it and found Kiku laying on the ground by the water with Quetzalcoatl. We helped him up. "I think..." He said. "We should go home." We carried him to his house, then went to our own. The next day, we were back at the beach.
Kouji and I arrived first. We played vollyball and snacked on shrimp and crab legs while we waited for Kiku. "So your mom wasn't mad?" I asked Kouji. "She was ok wit-" We were cut off by a huge blast. It threw us into the ocean. We swam back to shore. "What the heck was that?!" I exclaim. Smoke was still everywhere, but as it cleared, a figure stood on a sand dune. It jumped down. It was Kiku.
"Dude! You almost killed us!" Kouji said. Kiku had a blank expression on his face. "Dude?" Kouji asked and got all up in his face. Kiku created some kind of orb in his hand. "Kouji!" I shouted. "Look out!" But it was too late. Kiku blasted Kouji's arm off. Kouji fell down in the sand. "Kouji!" I tried to run over, but Kiku was blocking me. He made another one. I managed to get Kouji and leave.
Flashback Ends
