Shockwave was a pre-order exclusive character for War For Cybertron. That really means nothing in the overall franchise.

War For Cybertron isn't a movie universe game (Shockwave has already appeared in Movie Universe games as a *gasp* tank), it has no influence on these films. If you're going to cross universes, you might as well be asking me why Optimus Prime isn't a fire engine.

Edit: Am I the only one who thinks the subtitle is retarded? I mean seriously Dark of the Moon? Revenge of the Fallen makes sense, Dark of the Moon sounds retarded.
Edit: The autobot jet is Silverbolt. He will apparently be an F-16 Falcon, which is funny because Starscream is an F-22 Raptor. For comparison his is like a Dragoon G(not GT, G) going up against a Dragoon MSUV. The F-22 outclasses the F-16 in every way imaginable.

They say Earth goes Dark, and yet they say Dark of the "Moon".

Also, when I say Dark of Moon makes no sense I mean grammatically. Especially when it is referring to the event of a New Moon. It could be Dark Moon, without the awkward out of place prepositional phrase. Hell, Transformers: Dark Moon sounds pretty cool. The subtitle could be Blackout, Pitch Black(maybe not), Dark Moon, Black Moon ect. Just not New Moon... Never New Moon.
