If they were to bring back 1 person I'd rather it be Valt, but even if they just brought back our recent protagonists Hikaru and Hyuga I wouldn't be mad. I'm just happy that we're most likely going to a smaller scale again. Now we have all of these giant tournaments and insane moves, but moving down to something like a simple District Tournament is super refreshing and due to each bey not being uber strong with the absences of Legends you can appreciate stuff like a classic Rush Launch or Shield Crash more due to it just being a viable strategy for that power level.

Tbh that was Valt in GT. Even though I'm not a huge fan of Valt, i feel like he deserved more screentime than what he got.

im not 100 percent sure, but have we ever gotten a stamina type main antagonist? ik for sure mfb and burst, but never saw og. still, it would be nice to see a good stamina stock

Maybe a Shu successor like Sakyo is Ryuga’s (at least in the manga they came from the same clan I believe)
