Its been confirmed by Marutti. Anyway you can buy the Corocoro issue each month from cdjapan or other sites or you can get each volume when it comes out. Volume 17 currently has a few chapters of the manga.

Arthur beat Aiga, and Drum beat Arthur. Does that make Drum no.1? No. You can't become no.1 in a random official match.
