Teams consisting of multiples of any individual are banned, for one thing, and for another, they're generally a horrible idea - especially when it's a fire pokemon with glass defense.

Gengar for SP. Attack is beast!! Shadow Ball, Dark Pulse, Hypnosis, Dream Eater combo kills anything with 0-250 SP. Defense. Is it competitive?

Monotype teams are always horrible, especially ones susceptible to Earthquake.
Every single thing on that team can be OHKO'd by your standard physical sweeper's EQ.

for gameplay, a good balance of pokemon is best, considering you need to have some pokemon for the hms
and your monotype electric team is dangerous since ground is one of the most popular types in the OU tier

my team (dont judge me if my team isn't good or not, Satoshi Tariji made all pokemon as equals, strong or weak)
1. Sceptile (my pokemon BFF and eternal partner)
2. Arcanine (my fire power)
3. Umbreon/Ampharos (they change all the time)
4. Flygon (you might be laughing, but i love him as if he was a dialga)
5. Staraptor (ya always need a good flyer)
6. Samurott (who dosen't like him?)
So theres my favorite team. I train all the time, but it's very hard to train all 7 at once. They're in the lv. 80s, but i can still own with them.

and 2 iother steel types i forgot as its been so long since ive played,
Basically... steel types have huge defence and attack but slow speed which is where dusknoir comes in as hes my lead which i use trick room straight off then switch to 1 of my sweepers useually scizor with swords dance then bullet punch when trick room wheres out
