We cannot confirm that this game will be localized. If you want Shining Amaterios.3.Ds' as well as the game, then you need to get this game physically. If you just want the game, then all you need to do is make a Japanese account on your Switch and you have access to the Japanese eShop with no trouble, since the Switch isn't region locked.
