Like I expected ...
If you don't have dedicated judges, a firm tournament structure and a time constraint, the tournament will fall apart.

If you are not in the right state of mind and body to be hosting a tournament, just say so. Then we can all stop waiting for something to happen.
You're not an idiot, just a normal person. Things happen that are out of our control. So, if you think you are going to call this off, just please tell us. Then maybe someone else can make a tournament and go ahead with it.
